I loved this place! It was beautiful, clean and convenient!! There was a problem with the oven - we were alerted before our arrival. A repairman came but it wasn’t until our last full day so we weren’t able to use the oven. They did provide a toaster oven which was helpful. Easy walk to the beach and convenient to everything in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
This is a beautiful, clean, and well equipped property. Lots of beach gear is available for use. Pack and play and high chair are also provided Only drawback is noise from the unit above (insulation between floors is insufficient) depending on the guests in that unit. We experienced that during part of our stay. Would highly recommend this property.
This place was located in the middle of all the excitement of Poipu. This place was in so clean and better than we could imagine!
I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Awesome location, very spacious, clean well stocked. Made breakfast every day and quite a few dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend 100%.
This condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The condo was large enough for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old. The grounds were beautiful. There was a paved sidewalk in a greenbelt that ran beside the condo that went from Brennecke's Beach all the way to the Grand Hyatt. The kitchen had just about any cooking utensil imaginable. There were 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel equipment, and two wagons that made for an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great communication with property manager. I would say here again and would adjust my trip dates to ensure renting this condo again.
It was a wonderful stay and the condo had everything you could imagine. The oven quit working but they had it repaired in 2 days.Great place!
Our condo was beautiful and had a wonderful siblings & spouses vacation.
This condo was perfect for our stay. There were tons of goodies to bring to the beach. There were walking paths to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. The condo was clean, lots of pots and pans, and kitchen cooking items. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again.
Had a wonderful time. Beaches were refreshing and fun. Views of the Canyons were breathtaking. And this condo was very well appointed. Could not have asked for more.
This is our second time staying at these villas and we love the grounds and the location. Can’t wait to come back again sometime.

Fantastic property! Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was great as well, stocked with ample decent cookware. Location was excellent and within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Parking was a breeze. Definitely will recommend to everyone.
The condo is large, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. We traveled with two teenagers, so 3 full bathrooms were a plus. We had one maintenance request, and the response was quick despite it being the weekend. The balcony was cool and comfortable even during the hottest part of the day.
One observation (not complaint) - there were a lot of families vacationing with grandparents and small children. Expect to hear them, including running around on the third floor.
Pros: Overall, this is a great location within walking distance to Poipu beach and Shipwrecks beach. Most of the place is fantastic. We picked it because we have stayed in this facility before and greatly enjoyed the location. We would stay there again. We like having so much room for 2 teenagers and us, the parents. The beach chairs were great to take along with us and there is a wagon to take stuff down to the car. We brought along our own Roku stick and were able to use our Roku and watch our movies just like at home. There are a couple of grills down by the pool which we used to make dinner some of the nights.
Cons: The gym is very small and doesn't have much in it. We stayed at another place once which allowed us to purchase a one-week membership to the gym across the street. That was fantastic. It would be great if this place added that on. I think someone else mentioned that one of the lounges on the patio was broken. It still is. It's been glued together poorly and needs to be replaced. We really enjoy reading and eating outside so this was disappointing. The dish washer sometimes works. It needs to be replaced. Some of the burners on the stove don't heat as well as others. There are lots of provided cook ware and such. Most are fairly cheap as it is a rental this is expected. I received texts as soon as we arrived telling us to text if we needed anything, but it was all crickets when I said the dishwasher wasn't working.
This condo was in a great location and had a very large lanai. Really enjoyed the pool area. There was also a little gym in the club house that was nice. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again. Only down side was the garbage disposal did not work.
We had decent stay at this condo. It is a very clean unit with a well stocked kitchen. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. The covered lanai was nice as we could open up the doors and enjoy the fresh air, even when it rained. Having a wagon and beach chairs was a really nice convenience! Communication with the manager was great! A nice basket of treats was there upon our arrival.
Unfortunately, all the positives were negated due to noise issues the entire time we were there. This condo is on the second floor and for the 2 1/2 weeks we stayed, the guests above us were very noisy. Their children ran around, screaming and sounding like elephants over our heads. It was very annoying. Also, noise carries and echoes from the neighboring lanais. Any time someone was outside, we could hear entire conversations and partying. We called the patrol twice. It was because of the noise that we checked out 5 days early. I know that the managers of this unit cannot control noise so, I don't hold them responsible. But, I think people should be aware of the issue. Also, because of our early check out and our consistent communication about our concerns, I think we should have been offered a refund for the days we did not stay.
I have visited Kauai 8 times and have stayed at a different property each time. None were as noisy as this place. As much as I liked the condo unit itself, and all the special details, I would not recommend staying here.
