Stay was excellent! Very clean, and very spacious. Put the beach chairs and beach umbrella to good use. Would stay again

I have stayed at several units at RSC and this one tops my list! Love having two lanais, one for games with family, and one for me to relax and read. Umbrella is great on lanai off master. So many personal touches , makeup remover pads and Q-tips in bathroom, laundry detergent with bounce shoots, coolers, spices, baby essentials. Beautiful ocean view and communication was a 10. I will boom this unit again for my next vacation. Thank you for a perfect family vacation!!
Owner and property manager were easily reachable and very nice. The property has beautiful views! All information is accurate and detailed which I appreciate.
Great location, easy access to everything: beach, grocery, dining, shopping. The reserve parking spot is near the elevator and not having to look for parking! Doesn't get much better...oh but wait it did. The condo is well kept, clean. All communications with the host were fast and accommodating. It's apparent pride is taken in the care of this condo. Only challenge for us was the very low sofa. Bad knees/backs ended up just using chairs. Yes, we would stay here again.

We had everything we needed for our stay - kitchen had plenty of appliances, seasoning, pans, etc. They also provided beach towels and snorkel equipment. Great location that was close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Highly recommended.
The location of this VRBO is excellent, it has plenty of space in the unit and there was beach chairs, snorkels, fins, etc to use which was all great… but the unit overall was really lacking. For starters, it was not clean. There was built up dust and grime on several surfaces. You can tell at some point in time someone smoked in this unit as it still has that ‘old smoke’ smell you get at a bowling alley. My wife is extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, so being 6 months pregnant and sleeping in this environment was not exactly comfortable. The ceiling fan in the master only worked on low. The shower curtain in the master bedroom had black mold on it. The shower head itself was at a very awkward height, basically at chest level so made bathing difficult, bizarrely aggravating. The vent registers were caked in grime and dust. The unit itself is pretty dated. We stayed for 3 nights, and someone was parked in our spot pretty much on a daily basis which forced us to find another place to park. I wouldn’t stay here again, but the location is convenient if you’re going to be in the Kona area.
