Very impressive communication from start to finish! All the things we needed were already there and it was very clean! The complex is quiet and friendly. Lots of shops, groceries, restaurants, etc very close by with a short walk and the beach entrance was just a very, very short walk away. The beach was beautiful, sandy, and not at all jam packed, lots of space. We were approached by turtles in the water no less than 6 times while in the water! Amazing! It was our first Hawai’i trip and our first VRBO, the bar is at the highest possible level after this trip! We will stay here again and again to build more memories!

This space was wonderful for my family for our 8 day stay. Right across the street from the beach and next door to the Kihei Cafe! The beach gear was a great addition! Only thing was the squeeky bed. Made it hard to sleep as when you roll over it makes a bunch of noise. But other than that this place was fantastic

The condo was perfectly located in Kihei. Across the street from a beautiful beach with stunning sunsets. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs/beach towels/cooler. The communication with the owners was easy. The unit was clean and well equipped. We would definitely come back.

I actually was not going to comment for I was trying to keep this place secret 😂This was our first VRBO experience. It was myself, my husband, my six-year-old son and my eight-year-old daughter. WE ARE COMING BACK!! This condo was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! So many extras (beach bags, aloe gel, ice trays) A binder with very helpful information about the area. Who needs google! This family vacation made each each one of us smile. Hawaii is great, but the location and this condos amenities was perfect for us. Thank you for taking the time to making this Vrbo a home. The condo was appropriately decorated in a beach theme. The public beach access was across the street and down a block from this condo. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. Pros: responsive owner, great location, well stocked with beach items, AC, very clean, walking distance to beach, park and restaurants. The owner has thoughtfully provided many of the items that we would have otherwise had to run out and buy such as, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, tissues, beach towels etc.
Cons: hot tub is under construction, large construction project right next door. Very loud during the day which was fine because we were mostly out during the day. Quiet and peaceful in the evening.
Overall, excellent place to have as your home base for a Maui vacation.
