It met our needs nicely. It was clean, had beautiful foliage to enjoy from the balcony and was convenient to a lot of beaches. It felt private and quiet.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our second time staying in this unit and our fourth time in a lockout-style unit. We truly believe this setup is one of the best options available. Here’s why:
• The full-size refrigerator is incredibly convenient for keeping beverages cold and storing food, compared to units with mini fridges.
• The extra sink in the mini kitchen is a great feature, especially since some units only have a bathroom sink, which isn’t ideal for washing dishes.
• Having access to private laundry facilities is a huge plus. In some units, laundry is either unavailable or shared with neighbors, which can be less convenient.
Overall, this unit provided everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
I was pleased to see the unit was just as described online! I loved the lanai & that "choir" of many tropical birds hidden in the bushes serenading me early each morning & again in evening. The foliage was beautiful. The kitchenette suited me just fine. The entire complex was quiet & cozy.
This was our fourth time staying at this property. It is by far the best value, location and well equipped condo in the Wailea area. Great value.
If we get to come back to Maui will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a week while attending a conference at the wailea Marriott. Apartment was perfect for one, wife would have like it as well. Super clean, bed comfortable, air conditioner worked awesome. Nice shower and wash/dryer in unit. Pool is compact but quiet, lanai balcony private for meals or coffee. Short 5-10 min walk to wailea Marriott or shops. Lots of good restaurants at different price ranges within 5 min walk. Just be aware there are some up and down hills. Nothing too crazy, but you might break a sweat walking back from wailea shops midday. Parking is a little tight, both size of spaces and number of spots but didn't have too much difficulty finding a spot most days. Overall a perfect getaway for a business trip to not have to pay conference hotel prices, but also no worries about driving around after happy hour. :)
I had a wedding at Wailea Beach Resort. This condo was a short walk there as well as the mall and the Beach walk. It was very convenient to have a small kitchenette and a washer and dryer. Condo met all my needs.
The property was well equipped, clean, and convenient to many beaches. The complex was very quiet and well kept.
This place was lovely for the two of us. This is the third time staying at the Grand Champions in Wailea. Our host was very responsive when needed. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you.
