We stayed five nights in this 2 bedroom condo. Pros: Good ocean view from living room as it is oceanfront condo. Left side of balcony has privacy but right side is exposed to Royal Kahana resort. Master bed has nice ocean view. Sufficient tower fans. Cons: unit has cockroach in the kitchen which I did not expect for this price. No AC in the unit ( just for info). For five night stay, not sufficient kitchen and bath tissue rolls as well as soap and shampoo. Additional room service is not free. Bathroom attached to master bed is very space limited. Insufficient power outlet in the second bedroom.
Listing photos are accurate, lovely clean condo in an amazing location. Easy check in and out process. Right on the ocean with nice little beach area for swimming/laying out.
Great location with plenty of wildlife outside the condo. We got to see a seal and tons of turtles which was amazing. I do wish that they had better fans in the condo since there was no a/c but other than that it was a nice property.
Perfect location, and everything we needed! Very well stocked kitchen, the views were amazing! Watched whales all day from our balcony, and listened to the waves all night. Extra blankets/sheets and pillows in the closet. Beach chairs, beach towels and insulated tumblers were super awesome to take down the beach.
The property had an amazing view from both the master and the main living area. Turtles every day right in front of the unit. The beach just to the left was great. The pool was less than appealing but who needs that when you have the ocean. The code for the door to check in wasn’t working which was frustrating upon arrival and no one was at the front desk. Other than that we had no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
My time in this Condo was beyond my widest expectations - Everything was great - and even when there was a major plumbing issue - it was resolved quickly l. I particularly thank Nicole for handling the problem so well and always being available when there was any issue .Her attitude , promptness, and knowledge resolved what could have been a big issue without a hitch - Thank You Nicole!
The view was spectacular. The property was clean for the most part. However, day 2 one shower stopped working. While the maintenance did respond, it was not fixed while we were still there. The entire purpose of this condo was to have 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms. We completely understand that these things happen but we were only compensated 10% of the nightly rate. We could have stayed somewhere else a lot nicer, with a/c for the same price or cheaper with only one bath. The view was spectacular. But we will stay somewhere else next time.
Have been to the islands many times, in my opinion this place is best suited for adults without children. The grounds and pool area are nice, children would be crowded and disappointed in the pool area, no views for the adults either, or hot tub. The unit was very comfortable with gorgeous views of Molokai and whales during season. Bring a pair of binoculars! You won’t be disappointed. Was bummed there were no fish by the reefs out front, snorkeling was a bust. That is not the hosts fault and there are plenty of good snorkel beach’s close by. Kahakeli is a favorite. The complex was obviously not full, as parking was plentiful, very few using the pool or bbq or beach. Noise was not an issue, very quiet, except the rolling surf, which was lovely. The power went out for about 30 minutes due to a wind storm, I assume. Place was extremely dark, with one small, pathetic flashlight. Didn’t check to see if they have a generator for the elevators, so we just sat and enjoyed the dark, and waves outside until the lights came back on. I was not going to climb seven flights to cook on the gas grill. Nor was I going to take my 93 year old mom down the stairs to eat out. Emergency information would be nice if it were posted somewhere in he room.
Beautiful place to see so many wildlife from sea turtles right in front of you. Had 1 sea turtle chill on the beach. Watched Beautiful sunsets and even saw whales.
We loved this condo! Great views! We saw turtles come feed close to the shoreline every day. Condo was spotless. We had everything we needed. Beach chairs and towels were nice to have.
The beach just below is small but nice and calm. Short drive to other beaches.

The views from the 7th floor are amazing—we could see turtles directly below and whales in the distance—close enough even to see their tails! Waves crashed all night and despite no AC, was very cool with cross breezes. Nice lobby with luggage carts. No beach directly under condo building but a few steps to the left and there’s a charming beach that our kids loved. Gentle waves, decent snorkeling, and no car required. I would have loved a broom and a pair of binoculars but otherwise it was perfect!
Loved this condo! Couldn't ask for a better location❤️ Slept with the patio doors open every night and loved listening to the surf. Even though it's not air conditioned, only one day was it hot/humid in the condo. Great cross breeze with the front door open. Everything is in the condo that you could possibly need. Linens, hair dryer, beach towels and chairs, board games, cards, scissors, everything! Only negative I have about this condo, is that it could use new pots and pans. We didn't use any of them due to their poor condition. Definitely hope we can stay here again!
Clean, well-kept, with great views from the balcony of turtles swimming immediately below and humpbacks jumping and spouting further out (bringing binoculars really helps see the whales). Excellent location - walkable beach 2 min south, many beaches within 5-10 min south and north by car.

This was our first trip to Hawaii, and it was amazing! The location was more than perfect. We were able to walk right out to the ocean and enjoy our meals and coffee right on the balcony. The rental property was stocked with all the things needed and was a great place to relax. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved the location. Much more spacious than I thought it would be.
The past reviews are spot on. We prioritized having ocean front and really liked our kids having separate beds. For the price, those amenities really stood out. The location is great and we were able to get tours, see various beaches, and spend time at the condo for swimming and relaxing. Having an oceanfront property and hearing the waves as you fell asleep was really great.
What other guests said about some of the furniture and the building being older and out of date is true. We were more than willing to live with that for the oceanfront. The condo did come with beach towels and chairs which were really helpful. It’s also next to Hawaiian Village Coffee shop and Maui Brewing Company. They are within walking distance and both were great. If interested we found The Hawaii Vacation Guide really helpful to plan our trip. They are on YouTube and have their own site. Mahalo CB Island Vacations. You were very helpful and prompt and we had a great time.
Perfect condo for our family of 4. Had awesome views of the beach where we saw turtles swimming everyday. Beach access was quick and the condo had beach chairs and canopy as well. Kitchen was well kept with utensils and stuff to cook our meals. Condo was only 10-15 mins from happening places of Lahaina and Kaanapalli. Condo had good TV options, books and games. The CB vacation rentals was quick to answer any questions. We just felt a little sad while leaving.. overall a very enjoyable and memorable stay in Maui.
