The wonderful lady at the front desk was extremely helpful! The complex was clean and quiet and so quaint. The unit itself was very clean easy to access. The parking was very adequate.
We stayed our last night on the island and wanted to be close to the airport.
Listing bragged about full kitchen. It was ok. Was given one hand towel, No dish rag for 10 days. Usually we find at least one morning of coffee to get us through but alas, nothing. Knives were super dull. No pot holder or tongs for bbq. I did ask for a rice cooker and they did buy one but found one already there which was weird. Sliding door was a beast to open with a broken handle, which they did fix it. Had difficulties with door lock due to low batteries. Held us up as it was hard to get ahold of someone. The number i was given was a wrong number. Be prepared for having no where to put your clothes and no bedside tables. Overall, the place was clean and we made it work. Compared to other rentals weve stayed at with similar cost this was just ok. already thereNo extra blanket
The location of this property is hard to beat. On site amenities, friendly property staff and well maintained common areas were a few of the highlights. Property manager was easy to communicate with. The condo was as depicted in the online photos. Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler) were available. I would booked again.
I really enjoyed my stay here, unfortunately it was only for one night. The location is amazing, and the balcony overlooking the pool is just beautiful!
Overall this is a good place to stay. I gave it 4 stars because the parking was stressful. As stated in previous reviews the parking fills up pretty early. One day we got back at 5 and took the last street parking spot available. Also, we had to ask for beach towels to be provided but it seems like that should be a given. The location is fantastic, lots of restaurants within walking distance and the complex is across the street from the ocean. The property manager was prompt to respond to our requests and delivered beach towels, chairs, and a cooler to us when we asked if they could be provided. The room is basic with just the bare necessities but very clean which is always appreciated.

You can't beat the location. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with great dining recommendations. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but was very clean and offered a great night sleep. The property itself is clean and has the basics for your stay. The property is romantic, charming, and beautiful with lush landscaping, walkable to all the local dining, shopping, and right next to the coastline. Parking is free but not plentiful. If you do not return to the property by 3pm you will need to forage for parking on the street and that goes quick in this area. Lots of people circling the complex fighting for parking spaces. That did not detract from our vacation.
I am still unable to get a receipt to use for travel reimbursement from my employer, so if you need that you might want to investigate that first. VRBO receipt will only show their fees, not what you pay for the actual accommodations. VRBO will tell you the host has to provide that. We have been unable to get one, so are attempting to make our own by piecing together screen shots and emails.
I would definitely stay here again, but only for vacation not business travel needs.

Beautiful grounds with easy access to the main road/shops and restaurants. Very clean and nice updated appliances. The complementary beach equipment was nice, however the beach chairs have oily/rusty water in them.

No instruction as to how to use the fan or how to use the TV. Asked property mgr but vague answers. Ice maker did not work, even though property mgr said "of course if works." And no ice on central property. Bed was hard, no luggage racks so had to use floor or put luggage on short sofa. Overpriced for what we got.
Efficient and cozy - highly recommend… keep reading if you want more details about our experience. The window unit and ceiling fan were more than enough to cool off this efficiency condo. They provided a coffee maker and filters, and we picked up coffee at the ABC store nearby. It was perfect walking distance to Ali’i Drive to all the restaurants along the coast. Parking was fine before about 4 pm, and could have been tricky the night we got back later, but had no problems finding a spot on the street. We really appreciate that beach towels were provided, and the bathroom was stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We saw some reviews about the mattress quality, but we went for it anyway. It was firm, and my wife wasn’t sure she’d sleep well, but turns out it was perfect and provided a great night’s sleep. We’re grateful our host was communicative before and during our stay, and would recommend if you’re not planning to spend your entire vacation in the condo - location and setup are perfect for those who plan to be out and about while on the island.

A great place for a short stay. Love the kitchen and firm bed. The ac is loud but the fan sufficed without it. Hotter nights could be a problem for a light sleeper. Noise from pool users can be loud too.
The VRBO app. worked great. I had rented in the same complex earlier in the week without any issues during check-in.
On this Check-in process the property manager did not reserve my rental with the front desk. I was not able to get ahold of property manager. Luckily, the front desk knew who the property manager assistant was. I contacted her and she was able to reserve the room.
This situation caused me some anxiety and frustration.
It was absolutely amazing! Very clean and comfortable! Perfect for waking around the shops at night. Very easy check in and out. Would stay here again!
Larry's host, CeCe, was very helpful after a bit of a rough start checking in. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and tastefully renovated. The location can't be beat. He enjoyed his stay.
Check-in process was great-parked our car and was able to walk to dinner/drinks. Watched the sunset from the beach across the street. Room was basic but clean and host was wonderful!
At first glance the buildings seemed a little dated, but I believe being so close to the water that it doesn't take long for salt damage to settle in. Once inside the unit however, everything was pretty updated and comfortable. We actually were moved to a different unit closer to the water than this one because of some problem with booking simultaneously. The unit we had was an upgrade with a water view which had a cozy lanai that we loved sitting on at night. The unit had some nice "extras" too like a couple boogie boards, beach towels, etc. We were only there for one night so having a small centrally located place to stay before we head back to the airport was key. Location!! The location is fantastic for walking. Lots of shops and restaurants all within a short walk. We would stay here again.
