Honestly one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty bedding, carpet, shower and sink. Broken Utensils. Fitness center was closed and building was under construction, we were not notified before. Just a place to sleep, look for other options at the same price in the area.

This is a small room with 2 Queen beds. The carpet is old, stained and needs replaced. Small soaking pool, but for swooning. Great Lucasfilm in Waikiki. Close to everything. Great value.
This is a great place to stay at if you want to be around Ala Moana and Waikiki. Great location due to walkable dining and bar area. The only thing Mark can improve on is the cleanliness of the actual room.

The room is adequate staying. It could have been cleaner but it isn't a fancy motel. The essential items were clean. You can see a little bit of the ocean from the outside deck. Off street parking was nice but tricky.
The property was dirty and not clean properly. The place was dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was candy wrappers under one of the bed and the table was very dust. It was so bad, it triggered my allergies and we had to find alternate accommodation for the remainder of the trip.
The property was ok it just sucked we couldn’t get extra towels not even a broom to sweep up the sand from the beach so we walked around on sand for two days because the hotel didn’t want to let us borrow a broom we found garbage under the bed and in other places the elevator took ages to come other then that it was ok
This was a great spot for two brothers to call home base for their weekend in Waikiki.
This VRBO is OLD and VERY ran down! Parking is an additional fee! (Not included in listing and EXPENSIVE!). Pictures do not show how OLD this room is or how small it is. Very disappointed ... will NOT stay here again.
Nice location, close to the Hilton so you have easy access to the fireworks on Friday nights. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again!
This was a decent place to stay, close to the beach and lots of food. Property was nice enough. Nothing fancy but totally served our needs. We found it to be relaxing and convenient.

Pillows were unfortunately not confortable at all. Beds were also lumpy and uncomfortable. Also ran out of towels and we were told we had to wash them since thats all they provided. Carpet was dirty and had nothing but a broom for us to clean. Vacuums would be nice. I would not stay here again. Rather book a hotel.
Location is perfect, most attractions under just 30 minutes drive, restaurants, shopping & Waikiki are all 10 to 15 minutes away. My daily morning walk to park & beach were most enjoyable. Very considerate to have a fresh bottle of Dawn with a new kitchen sponge & a jumbo roll of kitchen towel. Bathroom was clean, though room itself can use some deep cleaning & new carpet. Hotel garage parking is $31 not $25 as stated on amenities description. A hot water boiler would be nice to have. Previous guests probably misused coffee maker by putting grinds in machine without any filters. I still couldn’t get clean hot water from the machine after staying for a week. Very responsive host. He replied my email within an hour. Be prepared to empty own trash. Hotel staff is very direct that any requests or questions will have to contact host.
This isn’t a suite or apartment. It’s an owner owned hotel room without a kitchen sink, cooking area, room service, or garbage cans, it did have a mini microwave, mini fridge, mini coffee pot, and a hot plate (?). The owner did not provide any information regarding how to check in, how to get clean linens, anything about the room, properly, or neighborhood. I was a huge disappointment as the property was described as a suite/apartment with a kitchenette which is why I chose it, having an area to cook in would have greatly helped with costs. As this was an owner owned room, the front desk would refer us to the owner. We (a family of 4) stayed a week and the room was not cleaned or linens replenish during that entire time. The beach was in walking distance but there was no view from the room. The BBQ and pool are on the 2nd floor and used by the entire hotel.
