Loved this condo . Condo as described, great communication with Bello Realty that helps manage some of the condo’s at Nani Kai Hale. Would definitely stay here again. I accidentally left my pricey jewelry on the armoire, the realty company promptly found my jewelry and sent it back to me. Couldn’t rate this condo high enough!
It is a small property just on the beach. With parking and pool. It is located in a central Maui area. Airport, shoping and dining are close by. It is comfortable, quiet and safe.

We occupied this unit for 10 days in October 2024. It's in the right spot for north-south or and east-west travel. Enjoy no traffic and a great view of the ocean from your lanai! We interacted with the property management company for a minor inconvenience - a friendly associate showed up in person and took care of it without issue. This condo is fully stocked with everything from cookware to beach accessories. Our stay very a pleasant experience and surely won't be our last.

This one-bedroom condo fit our needs perfectly for our 40th Wedding anniversary getaway. It was tidy and comfortable and conveniently located. Loved beginning and ending the day at the beach right outside the lovely courtyard. The management company was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

This is our third time at the property. As always we had a beautiful trip. Condo is clean, comfortable and supplied with everything you need. The pool, bbq area and lounge chairs and oversized umbrellas are amazing. The property is maintained and beautiful. The location is perfect.

The room was well stocked with supplies, although the rooms felt over crowed with beach chair and "stuff" stuffed everywhere including under the bed.Upon arrival- The towels and bedding were musty and stinky, I had to wash a few loads so we had fresh items, and threw a lot right into the laundry basket for housekeeping.
I did not have the code so it was a hassle getting into our condo. Luckily a woman who owned a condo helped us. It was evening and we had trouble finding the unit. We also had trouble working the coffee pot and microwave. One of the washing machines in the hallway did not work either. But it was a lovely, well decorated, well stocked and clean condo. We came to Maui to volunteer because of the fires.

The picture shown needs to be updated as the furniture is totally different. There is an easy boy couch and chair and a big wood table which made it very cramped. While nice it was way too Big for the small area. All the drawers were filled with games and toys, so it was not suitable for 4 of us.Also the closet was too full to hang clothes up. It needs to be cleaned out and made available for renters to use. It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. It is a great location, but comfortable wise it’s just too small for 4 people.

What a beautiful property. We have stayed here in the past, but first time renting from Bello Realty. What a gorgeous condo #304. Not only was the furniture nice and comfortable, but all of the decor made you feel like you were at home. Fully stocked, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag. The grill area and lounge chairs with oversized umbrellas are always a plus for my husband and of course the beach is only steps away from pool. A big plus the step down going to beach was fantastic no sand bags anymore ground is level with sand. Big improvement from our last visit in March. So excited to return in December. Thank you for making this visit incredible.
