Such a nice stay at Sandpiper! The condo had everything we needed including beach accessories! I highly recommend staying here. The host was very responsive as well.
The location was perfect for what we needed. Grocery store was right up the street a great beach to watch sunset at was a 10 minute drive.. The only downfall is the no air conditioning, but even in the summer the nights weren’t too bad with the windows open in a breeze
Thank you Robyn for a fabulous stay at your studio. It is in such an ideal location and access to a pool and hot tub, local amenities. It was cute, clean and pleasant and I really enjoyed my stay. One note - I would love there to be some basic items such as salt and pepper etc. available in the kitchen
Aloha! My mother in law, sister, and I stayed in this studio. It was just GREAT! I was sooo impressed with this place in person!! Location was GREAT. Inside the place was very clean, nice big walk in shower (small step) also very roomy lanai/ patio!!! Our host/owner Robin, was an excellent communicator and so hospitable. We reallllly appreciated her tone and overall sense of hospitality. The studio was super nice and updated inside and had good amount of space for three women. In the grand scheme we had one small issue with our key getting stuck in the lock to the point where we had to reach out to our host who had to get property management involved—but Robin was so accommodating. Thankfully, property management was really good at getting the issue resolved too (although the property manager’s communication was at one point brash and overwhelming for my mother in law but Robin’s approach immediately made us feel comforted and felt heard). I understand that the hospitality industry can be hard and we are all human who sometimes have frustrations or life get the best of us. We do not feel any grudges. We would stay here again in an instant. And we hope to be welcomed back too. Mahalo for everything!!!

Location and friends close by. Would have loved a few more amenities. All and all wonderful.
Instructions on proper access was very clear. Unit was somewhat clean - baseboards were dusty, screens were dusty. Great place to stay if you want absolute peace and quiet. Unit is in need of an AC unit because it was hot! Price was reasonable for what you get. Overall satisfied.

This studio was perfect for the two of us for a short 72 hour visit to paradise! Fridge and kitchenette were nice to have in the room. Close proximity to everything. Great responsiveness from management!
Last minute trip and lucky (for us) the MOST COMMUNICATIVE host we've come across on VRBO! Host responded quickly to every (too many?) questions including last minute questions about parking and WiFi. This was a small space, but perfect for two grandparents and the grandchild. The only thing I'll add is that parking is limited throughout Princeville and particularly limited along the beachfront--NOT unique to this listing. Plenty of spectacular beach options from Kapaa on the east coast through Haena along the north shore.
Stayed for a week with a best friend and her daughter to explore Kauai. This is the perfect spot for folks looking to not break the bank at a property they'll barely spend any time at anyways. Comfortable bed and air mattress, nice bathroom and shower, lovely balcony for meals eaten at the condo. There is an electric cooking pot-type thing (not sure what it's called) that we fried some eggs in for breakfast. The one thing missing was a spatula (or any cooking utensil) but we made it work with a bamboo spatula we bought locally. Be aware there's no hot plate, I might bring one next time just to boil water for tea. Nice mini fridge. No AC was no problem at all with the fans and nice breeze. Feels very private and neighbors were quiet and respectful. Less than 10 minute drive to Hanalei and Anini beaches. Overall a great experience and would love to come rent it for a month or two and work from here (nice fast wifi!)

It was a very clean condo. The only downside was the neighbors dryer vent blew out on our lanai. But we were there for a month so it seemed like someone was doing laundry everyday. It were not out and about all the time since we stayed so long so that was the only downside. Other than that it was very nice.
The space was just what we needed for not spending much time there. It has everything you need. The space could have had a better cleaning. I noticed chunks of dried toothpaste throughout the vanity area of the bathroom from maybe a previous guest that was missed. But I’m not sure that’s on the cleaner rather the previous guest…? How did chunks of toothpaste get on the wall? Though as a host myself, I comb through my short-term rental before every guest and after the cleaner leaves.
The price is fair. I liked that the unit was tucked away in the back because the entire complex was quite big.
The host was responsive when we thought we had to cancel our trip.

The property and Princeville area is really beautiful and was a great home base for the duration of our trip. The place is a little small for three people but we definitely made it work. Robyn was very responsive whenever we had a question which was appreciated. I also liked that she had the beach chairs which proved to be very handy for us. Overall I would recommend.

We have stayed for couple of nights while exploring beaches on north side of island. The location of Princeville, HI is nice to walk, enjoy atmosphere and farmers market on Saturdays. We were not able to find beach access to Sealodge beach. To view sunset requires serious walk of 25 minutes from property as parking is not available near sunset lookout point.
Room itself is very basic only good for 2 guests. I cannot imagine more than 2 guests sharing the room. Dinnerware, silverware, blender and toater provided along with fridge and microwave and it was useful. Patio was good with privacy screens. We have enjoyed the beach chairs and ice chest provided by host. There are also surf boards and beach umbrella available.
Host has tried the best to provide useful stuff to accommodate guest. Even provided pedestal fans to cool off as there is no AC. Cannot leave window or patio door open as it is facing to high traffic area. It is just not enough room. So pack wisely if booking this room. For food, I would suggest to head towards Hanalei as there is not enough room to prepare food, but can make smoothies with fresh fruits from farmers market and store and warmup food, and enjoy meal in patio.
My only request to host to invest in better privacy curtains as both window and patio door are facing to high traffic area.
