Our ground level, newly renovated, fully equipped, and centrally air-conditioned, garden view studio is located in the quiet section of the Banyan Building. It has a full semi-private lanai, and offers a full-sized and fully-stocked kitchen. We have upgraded with new kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops, carpeting, wallpaper, walk-in glass-block shower, new flooring, and modernized ceiling. We installed a new top-of-the-line $3,500 Wynn Hotel Luxury Bed which our renters rave about. This non-smoking condo can comfortably sleep four guests and has a digital safe for valuables. In addition, we have a brand new 55" Smart TV. The resort also has two swimming pools with jacuzzis and waterfalls.
This condo resort will place you at the heart of one of the most exciting vacation spots in West Maui! Maui Ka’anapali Villas (MKV), a three star condo/hotel, is set on 11 acres of exotic, tropical gardens in the Ka’anapali resort area on one of the finest stretches of Ka’anapali beach.
If you prefer to dine on the property, just stop by the Castaway Café, which is a hidden treasure tucked away on the northwest shore on one of Maui’s finest beaches – Ka’anapali Beach. Fronting the shimmering Pacific, and surrounded by palms and sea grape trees, Castaway Café is filled with culinary jewels at attractive prices. The restaurant features delicious island cuisine and a comprehensive, award-winning wine list. We are also minutes away from Whaler’s Village and the historic whaling town of Lahaina where you’ll find scores of fine restaurants and shops.
While staying with us, you can:
1. Enjoy our two, adult swimming pools or take the kids to the new on-site kiddy pool.
2. Swim, snorkel, surf, or sail at Ka’anapali Beach or just take a stroll down the beach walk at night
3. Spot humpback whales from shore between November and April
4. Golf at any of 5 nearby Championship golf courses
5. Play tennis at the adjacent Royal Lahaina Tennis Ranch
6. Use new BBQ areas (less than a minute walk away) and a concierge desk in the lobby
At Maui Ka’anapali Villas there is a nominal facilities fee of $25 per night. This fee facilitates the general upkeep of the grounds and pools. The condo itself was clean and had every accessory that you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Joe was so easy to work with and responded to me within minutes whenever I reached out to him. He even let us check in a little early on our arrival day! A+++

Everything at this condo was just as stated in the online description, delightfully, there will be no surprises when you stay here. All the extras like chairs, cooler and beach umbrella were great to have. We loved staying here, it was very quiet at the unit itself and just a 2 minute walk to the beach in front. We would love to return. Thanks for the great stay.

Property was nice and quiet, not too far from a fantastic beach. Great walking trail to multiple properties along the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Dukes was amazing as was the closer castaway cafe. Condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen and beach items. Bed was super comfortable and the sheets were so nice I found the same brand to buy for at home. Joe was very prompt answering messages and checking in on us before and after our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I went for our honeymoon to Maui. We were a bit skeptical about going since there was a huge fire there but it worked out. This place is amazing. Only steps from the beach, amazing space, amazing tv and my favorite part is the atmosphere of the whole condo. It’s like living in paradise. Will def be coming back next year

Joe's condo is in a great location -- close to two pools, snorkeling, shopping, and walking path. The condo is cozy and clean. We loved our stay and will be back!

Thank you Joe for the fantastic communication and hospitality. We had everything we needed (snorkels, cooler, umbrella) for our daily adventures and the room was so comfy. Maui Kanapaali Villas was the perfect place for a getaway with my sister. This place is a gem - we will definitely be returning again! You must try the banana bread French toast at Castaway Cafe and the free morning coffee is a welcomed treat!
