My wife and I have stayed her #601 4 times. Best views for ocean or mountain. Close to a ABC store and a shaved ice place. The building is situated right on the beach and the best thing about the place, you have no neighbors around you and just a place below you. Very quiet and all the people that live there are very friendly. Steven is a real joy(he's the onsite helpful maintenance person). The inside of the unit could use a refresh, it is a little dated, but you are just sleeping there. You should be spending your time on the beach right in front and not spending your time inside IMHO! And Bello Realty is fantastic to deal with anytime. Jessica and Jason and their entire crew are just the BEST!!! What can I say, it deserves a 10! We love the place!!!

We always enjoy our Maui vacations. The island is lovely and the people are super friendly and helpful. This particular rental unit was not up to our standards for cleanliness. The unit needs updating (flooring, furniture, bathrooms) all is quite dated and worn. Also, I think it should be noted somewhere about the traffic noise. We could not hear the ocean waves from our unit and often had to close the patio door due to traffic noise.

We booked a condo for 3 nights. Bello staff rec'd a room on the 6th floor. It was fine. Even though it was not a beach-facing room, the dining table window (shown in the photo) looks out over the ocean. We also found that it has two bathrooms even though it is a one-bedroom apartment. On arrival we found a couple of minor issues, and the staff fixed them within hours of our reporting them. One minor gripe was that there were no washcloths. Overall, it was quite nice.
It was a wonderful stay, 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

The rental was a good location and clean but could do with an upgrade. Upon arrival the code for the front door ok but could not access the pool gate or the entrance to the beach as the code was not correct. We spoke to a permanent resident and was told that the code changes monthly. We saw a sign onside the lift that the place had to be fumigated inside the unit but was not notified by the agent. I am tea drinker and there was not a kettle so had to boil water on the stove as not issue but a kettle would be better as there were so many other unnecessary items in the kitchen but no kettle.Overall the place is just ok and we enjoy our stay Maui.

Beautiful sunrises however no sunsets from the balcony . The view of the ocean is great
Unfortunately you could not hear the waves because the unit is situated at a very busy road//intersection so there is a lot of traffic noise
The unit was clean however the kitchen could have been better organized. Previous guests likely just placed stuff everywhere . The dishwasher needs to be serviced as dishes would not always come clean as evidenced from the dishes put away in the cupboards
The unit does need to be upgraded but you can easily overlooked this because it is nicely situated close to the ocean which is a huge benefit
We thought it was great value for what we paid
So to start the good:
The location is amazing, you're between Kihei and Lahaina and the views are stunning
The bed was very comfortable and the two bathrooms was very handy after a day at the beach
Neutral notes:
The condo is very dated, but the view and location make up for a lot of that.
The cons:
We couldn't get the air conditioners to work in a meaningful way. The living room one was better than the bedroom, and the ceiling fan worked well, but it was still uncomfortably warm. We had some trouble at night falling asleep due to the bedroom temp. We got in late the first day and assumed it hadn't had enough time to cool things off, however once we woke up, we found the air-conditioner did have some cold air but didn't blow it anywhere, so it didn't cool the room. We were there on dive trips, so mostly gone during the day, so I didn't get a chance to call till a couple days in, the person I talked to was nice and said he'd call their air conditioning guy and get back to us. We didn't hear back from him and with our dive schedule weren't able to follow up.
So is it a great condo? Yes, but go elsewhere if you sleep hot.
We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the barbecue area and the pool. All utilized all of the facilities!

Seamless check in, condo met expectations with respect to age and ammenities. Location is fantastic. Quiet well maintained grounds , steps from the ocean and beautiful beach! Something for everyone !
Only thing that was a bummer was that the dishwasher leaked. But I mopped it up and we just washed by hand. Other than that it was excellent. I loved the fact there were beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. Will absolutely stay there again.
I just loved that place, everything was clean, the house is pretty comfortable and I could feel like home. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed is so comfortable. Also the property has a great pool that I could enjoy it, and the access to the beach is easy.
The location is pretty good too, safe and chill area.
We had a lovely stay at this condo. The pictures don't do the view justice and the interior has been updated a bit with flat screen tv's and some new curtains/furniture. The beach access is amazing and we had an amazing time overall. Would recommend 10/10. Also, its about 10-15 minutes from everything in kihei.
Loved the one bedroom two bath unit with nice view of kihei coastline. Very very clean, nicely decorated, two TVs with cable, kitchen was ready for any kind of cooking you might want, nice pots and pans too. My only minor negative is the distant traffic noise at certain times of the day. Would stay there again! Every evening watched a fabulous sunset from the beach out front. Didn't use the pool but looked clean and nice. Parking was easy. Quiet respectful other tenants and tourists.
