We have a brand new Friedrich A/C inside the condo. Not only is it15,000 BTU, the absolute largest allowed for our size condo and adds to your comfort and relaxation along with a ceiling fan above the bed. Of course, the cool island breezes adds to the ambience and relaxation of your island stay.
On our private lanai, you have a full on 180 degree unobstructed ocean view, and amazing sunsets. The top corner unit has an additional side window which a tropical breeze flows through.
As the condo is only steps away from the beach, you can enjoy your day surfing, snorkeling, sunbathing, swimming - or just relaxing at the pool or beach! Let the Island spirit into your heart where it will find a home. After a busy day at the beach, by the pool, or practicing yoga at a class nearby, you can spend a restful evening on the lanai, sipping tropical drinks and watching the ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE sunset, or enjoy the variety of nightlife as we are within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants. We stayed with Suzi at the front end of our Hawaii trip for 3 nights. After traveling from the East Coast, we were so relieved by how straightforward and accessible the Check-in process was. When we opened the door to the unit- it was clean and welcoming. The online listing was accurate, and amenities like A/C, washer, and dryer worked well. The view was exactly as advertised, nothing short of spectacular. Communication with Suzi leading up to our stay was easy and friendly. For those like us, never having been to Maui before, the Location and neighborhood are ideal. The unit is as close to the pool as you can get and near the front of the property, which sits on the main road in Kihei. This means shops and restaurants are walkable, and the beach is across 1 street with a crosswalk. Overall rating? We would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Really excellent experience.

We enjoyed our week long stay. The sunsets from the lanai were spectacular! We loved being able to walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The beach chairs and coolers were a bonus! The location is central to everything.

Perfect spot for a quick relaxing stay. Clean, easy to find and check in with everything you need within walking distance. The beach is steps away and the view for sunrise and sunset was magical. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
