Family of four with teenage kids stayed here for 8 nights at the beginning of April. The property and apartment are beautiful. The grounds are meticulously maintained with gorgeous swimming pools, high quality lounging chairs, great bar and seating area near beach with live music (solo singer/ukulele) from 5-7pm. Great place to have a drink and watch the sunset. The Koi fish in the pond are huge and feeding them at 4pm was fun. The beach at the lagoon is amazing and the apartment had four folding lounger chairs that were great to bring down. The apartment is very nice with high end finishings. Very comfortable lounge furniture on patio with a great view of the ocean, pool and Koi pond. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, as we did for almost all of our meals. Beds were comfortable and the in suite laundry got used a couple of times. Garbage chute is just outside the door and recycling centre on the main parking level were super convenient. All in all was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. Only complaint is that we should have stayed longer.

We were lucky enough to stay at the Beach Villas for over a week and loved the villa. It’s big with more than enough room for a a family of four. The views are amazing and the property is the epitome of relaxation. It had everything we needed fr our vacation. A few improvements that I think would be helpful in the future: Replace and update the King bed in the primary bedroom. The mattress has clearly been there for awhile so is broken in quite a bit. The internet throughout the place is spotty in the bedrooms. My only hiccup was check in. It just seems some miscommunication between housekeeping and the property. We were told the room was ready to go by the front and upon checking in the housekeepers were still cleaning. Not a huge deal but as you can imagine after a long day of travel not the thing you want to run into day one of vacation. In all we will be back at the villas hopefully sooner than later.

Let me say that Ko’ Olina is the location on Oahu for a comfortable family vacation. Add to the aforementioned, this property (The Beach Villas at Ko’ Olina) and your stay will be excellence in motion! Moreover, the property management group (Ola Properties) has streamlined the process with such precision that from booking to checkout, everything just goes swimmingly. I did reach out with questions, and I spoke with Annie, who was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the process. The unit (two bedroom/2 bath Ocean Tower condo) is very well appointed, with only two units on the floor. You must use your door key to access the floor from the elevators, and I enjoyed this for security. The unit is well stocked with a full kitchen and essentials (cooking equipment) needed to prepare meals. The view from the private lanai was great to awaken to and watch sunsets, and we prepared breakfast with the patio doors fully retracted, which was a highlight. Access to grocery stores (Costco, Safeway, Wal-Mart, Local ABC stores) is convenient and close. You can even have items delivered. Also the property sits within a master plan with several other resort/timeshare properties, so there are offerings for dining, and light shopping. Finally, you are literally steps away from some of the most inviting pools and lagoons that anyone could ask for, with plenty of room in the sand or grassy areas to carve out a personal space for you and your crew! I could go on and on about this rental, but I will conclude with, you will not be disappointed putting yourself and/or your loved ones up at this place. The staff is totally friendly, and the locals are genuine, go with the flow people who add to the charm and ambiance of Ko’ Olina!

From the moment we talked with Monica who introduced us to the condo, we had an enchanting time. The condo, facility, friendliness of the staff were better than we could have expected. Would certainly consider staying there again should we return.
