We had a wonderful 8 day stay. The property provided everything we needed and was exactly as described. Beach towels and chairs, even a small cooler. There were plenty of fans for cooling the rooms off. I would suggest bringing a small countertop fan for use in the upstairs bathroom if you are visiting in the warmer months, as it was quite warm getting ready in here. We would definitely stay here again. The view is is absolutely stunning!

PKK 216 was perfect for our group of 4. Probably the best view of the whole complex. Very well appointed with kitchen necessities, beach chairs, cooler, and more. Hardwoods throughout and powerful ceiling fans keep the breeze blowing through. I have stayed at PKK 5 times over the last 20 years, and 216 was our best stay yet. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this cheerful, gorgeous condo in northern Kauai! The views are amazing, and the furnishings and amenities are perfect for traveling vacationers like us, who can’t bring all our vacation supplies to Hawaii. The condo is stocked with beach towels and folding chairs, as well as paper products and even coffee filters. Beautiful, peaceful, convenient, perfect!

We stayed in Princeville - Kauai for 15 days. The condo on the beach was absolutely beautiful. Right next to one of my favorite golf courses. Every day we would sit out on the patio having a cocktail and watch the sun set. Absolutely amazing! We plan to go back again soon and we will rent the same condo. It was PERFECT

Pali Ke Kua offers some of the best views on Kauai. We have stayed in unit 216 before and it seemed to be recently remodeled. As always the people at Kauai Vacation Rentals are easy to work with, and offer better pricing on the same units you can find on VRBO.

We love our vacation on Kauai! Pali Ke Kua provides a relaxing environment with some of the best views on the island. A few upgrades to PKK 216 would enhance the stay. For example: a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom, more comfortable furniture in the living room (it's outdoor furniture that is not very comfortable to lounge in for longer periods), and a bistro table and chairs on the lanai to see above the railing while sitting (the view is too good to only look at the railing). Other than that we found the unit to be well-appointed with basic kitchen items beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. We love PKK!

The location was convenient, the views were amazing, we enjoyed the private access to the beach .Our family of 4 adults stayed for a week here and while it was comfortable , the supplies and amenities were more suitable for a 2-3 night stay. There was only one paper towel roll, no family board games ( except a deck of cards) and other little things. It also seems reasonable to provide some housekeeping services if one rents for a week or more. Overall it was a 3 /5 star rating we would give.

I loved my experience staying at Pali Ke Kua for 12 days on my recent trip to Kauai. Everything about it was wonderful. The condo was nicely furnished and the cupboards and closets were filled with all necessary supplies and more. The condo was exceptionally clean and orderly. The grounds of the property were inviting. The real highlights were the spectacular view and the sounds of the surf from the ocean below the cliffs. Both were mesmerizing. I hope to be able to stay here in future visits to the island.

The location was fabulous, the views were very, very beautiful. The condo we stayed in as very clean kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Having beach, chairs, beach towels and snorkel equipment was definitely a plus we used all of them.A couple things I’d recommend to make guess more comfortable:A portable air conditioner, many folks we met at the pool, said their unit had one at least in the bedroom. We would come home from a day at the beach or doing touristy things, the sun was beating through the windows. The living room was very hot you couldn’t sit out on the veranda at a minimum I’d recommend sunblocking thermal draperies The next recommendation I’d have is to have longer blinds in the windows, or even longer draperies. If you have the bottom windows open people walking by could see into the shower they could see into the bedroom there was a little privacy in those rooms.Would also be nice if there were bike racks around near the parking lots we ended up purchasing bikes and then selling them before we left and there was no really good place to keep them, most times we just kept them in the car, which was not very convenient.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly amazing vacation in Kauai at this condo and it exceeded all our expectations. Nestled along the pristine shoreline - the view of the coastline was the absolute main event! Whether we were lounging on the balcony or enjoying a cozy evening indoors, the picturesque scenery of the ocean and views of the Na Pali coast served as a constant reminder of the tranquil beauty that surrounded us.The condo itself was clean. We appreciated the attention to detail, as the condo was equipped with modern appliances, comfortable beds, and basic amenities that enhanced our stay.Location plays a crucial role in any our vacations, and this rental condo truly hit the jackpot. We enjoyed the convenience of stepping out of our door and walking down a nearby path to Hideaways Beach! Keep in mind this beach is not necessarily for lounging and relaxing, BUT is a fantastic snorkeling spot! The local area also offered a variety of attractions and dining options as we were within 10 minutes of Hanalei Bay. From the breathtaking views to the condo amenities, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. It served our family of four well (15 & 11 yr old).

Just to sit on the lanai and watch the sun rise and set justifies staying here in Princeville. In addition, we saw a parade of nene geese many times a day, were awakened by the most lovely bird song, and got to watch the surfers trying to stand on their boards. The inside of the condo is nice, too. Clean and well equipped. If you want to do more than sit on the lanai, you can hike the Napali trail, snorkel at many beaches, or kayak the Hanalei River. Totally enjoyed our stay here. My only caution is that one must climb stairs to get down to the kitchen and lanai or up to the master bedroom. Plus the parking lot is a ways from the condo. Could be challenging for those of limited mobility.
We enjoyed this special property as our home away from home for a month. The condo provided for all of our needs of comfort, space, cooking and resting. The view is truly World Class and the location in Princeville is ideal. Pali Ke Kua is lovely and quiet. The parking lot is right next to the building. Princeville is a terrific community with walking paths, golf and a nearby shopping center. Also, just a few minutes from Hanalei.
