Easy check in and quick replies. The property was as advertised with no surprises. We loved the very quiet neighbors during our stay. Convenient dedicated parking spot. Beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Quick walk to hotel for sunrise and sunsets. We had all needed amenities. Everything was updated fairly recently in the unit. Beds were very comfortable as well.

We loved our stay at the condo! Great location close to a bunch of amazing beaches and Kahuku eateries. The walk to the beach at turtle bay is an easy destination for afternoons and evenings, and the pools were so warm and beautiful. We had a great time with our four year old daughter - she loved the “princess stairs” going up to the loft, and there was a baby gate already available at the condo to remind her not do go down the stairs by herself. It was truly a home away from home - we will stay there again if we have a chance in the future.

Property was as advertised. Great last minute booking for a girls weekend. Condo had everything we needed, even beach towels and beach accessories. Communication was easy. Would stay again.
nice place for family in a more expensive area. would have liked to have the expectations about no beach stuff outside the front door included in the booklet to avoid the reminder text. communications were good.

Nice location. Pictures are accurate. A/C worked great. Didn't need to use it at night at all. Would recommend mattresses be replaced as you sink into the middle.

We had a great few days at the Turtle Bay condo.It was exactly how it looked in the photos and was clean and tidy. Cooking was made easy with a well laid out kitchen and utensils.We will be back at some stage and would definitely book this condo again.
Enjoyed our stay at this great location in Turtle Bay! I stayed here with my family (spouse and three kids) and it was the perfect spot for our trip to the North Shore of Oahu. Conveniently located close to many beautiful beaches. A short drive to many important places including CLIMB Works Keana Farms for ziplining (10 min), Waimea Falls (20-25 min), Hale'iwa Harbor (30-40 min), and Foodland (15 min). Food trucks at Kahuka Sugar Mill and Seven Brothers less than a 10 min drive away. Property has everything you need for an extended stay included beach items like tent, umbrellas, mats, body boards, and beach towels. Pool for the condos is a nice size and very quiet. A short walk to the Ritz Carlton if you want to check it out. Good trails along the golf course and beach nearby for running. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the North Shore!
We loved our stay. The location was great, comfortable, and clean. The short walk to the beach was fun. AC worked nicely, having a washer/dryer was helpful. Being close to all the North Shore activities and locations was just what we needed to keep driving to a minimum. We would for sure return on our next visit.

We loved the amenities, the floor plan, and especally how close it was to Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton. We had an absolutely grand time. We'd come there again.

I loved the location of the property. The condo neighborhood was quiet and location to the beach and turtle bay restaurants was fantastic. Only downside was the beds, too soft for us. The condo provided beach items which was really nice. The condo was comfortable. Mahalo!
Overall it is a nice place to stay next to Turtle Bay Resort. Have to drive 5 miles for market or food. Cons:The entrance gate code on the check in instructions didn’t work. I had to call the manager for help before we were able to enter the gate. She sounded annoyed when I called assuming I failed on following written instruction. The single locked off unit had an old musty smell in the unit and the bathroom was very small. They did not provide bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. We’ve stayed in many timeshares and this is the 1st time we had to buy bathroom supplies. We left these items for the next renters. I am extremely annoyed with their check out request. We were asked to remove all bedding and place it by the washer and dryer. Start washing all towels and Start dish washer. I’m used to starting the dish washer and empty trash BUT stripping the bedding’s and washing towels was a bit much! We paid 275 cleaning fee? Pros:The rest of the adjacent studio unit was nicely remodeled. Both downstairs and loft bathroom was good size. Beds were comfortable. Patio couch was huge and took up half the lanai. We enjoyed sitting outside facing the Golf Course. Beach chairs, toys, towels and coolers were provided. Unfortunately high surf around North Shore during our stay means we had to drive an hour to East county to enjoy beach activities. Unable to snorkel in Sharks Cove.
Quick 10 minute walk to a small kids beach (Keiki beach) through the golf course. We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, some minor maintence was noted typical of rentals (recent paint touchups, buff mark on floor, etc) but very clean.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and on the North Shore in general!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Everything was as described and was neat and tidy. There were beach chairs and snorkel gear for use which was appreciated. The loft and condo were very spacious for our family of 6. I only wish there were some more cleaning supplies provided. Some clorox wipes, windex or something would be helpful along with more than 1 roll of paper towels. I like to try and keep the condo tidy especially while we were there for 16 nights. I swept daily just to keep up, but the dust pan was messed up so it was hard to get the dirt in there properly. Those are my only things that I think might help. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. Thank you 😊
We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was right in the middle of everything. Was really close to all the food trucks. Sunset bar and grill was a amazing place to watch the sunset. I definitely would recommend this place. Tha kyou The HartingFamilywasb
