    Welcome to Paradise!!

    This 2 Bed, 2 Bath Luxury Ekahi Village Unit is impeccably appointed and maintained. Starting Summer 2019, it is being offered to rental guests for the first time in over 20 years [and possibly for the first time ever].

    We purchased this first floor corner apartment at Ekahi Village (#34C) in 2019. We are looking forward to many years of beach side enjoyment, including for family, friends, and guests.

    This condo has an air conditioning unit in every room. The rooms also have ceiling fans, roll down solar blinds, and all windows and doors open to the trade winds, so AC is optional.

    Our main lanai fronts the beautiful wide-open greenbelt leading to the Ekahi's private beach access gate and beach side pool and pavilion. The pavilion was completely rebuilt and re-opened in February 2020.

    From our main ocean facing lanai, you have a direct view to the ocean, and can walk straight to the beach the same way in less than five minutes.

    Main lanai also has a large tropical parasol tree (Royal Poinciana / Flame Tree) providing shade for both lanai and large grass covered area directly in front of it, toward the ocean. In effect, this extends the lanai about 30 feet.

    Ekahi's beach access is via private coded gate. Step down into the soft golden sand of Keawakapu Beach. Ulua Beach is just to the South if you walk or swim past a large lava field which affords exceptional snorkeling and turtle watching.

    Luxury kitchen, bathroom and bedroom remodel.

    Recent renovation of cork / tile flooring, windows, window coverings and sliding doors.

    Each bedroom has its own private lanai, in addition to the main lanai off the living room.

    During holiday season [Dec. 16 through Jan. 5] there is a 10 night minimum stay requirement. During Winter Peak period [Jan. 6 through April 15] there is a 7 night minimum stay requirement. There is a four night minimum stay at other times.

    We provide a basic, starter supply of dish soap and paper products. Guests must bring or buy their own toiletries and any products in addition to those initially supplied.

    Note our rates will increase $50/night starting May 1, 2023.

    Nice condo for the price. not fully updated but great location and easy access to pools and beach. living area and kitchen were nice.

    We really enjoyed our stay here! Location was perfect with easy access to the pool, beach, and our daily walk on a walking trail that winds around past the Four Seasons Hotel nearby. The condo was clean and thoughtfully stocked. The lanai was relaxing with spectacular views facing the beach and enjoying beautiful sunsets. We would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It had an incredible View and being on a ground floor meant we could spill outside easily. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay there again.

    We couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a week on Maui! The condo was well-appointed with a great kitchen for cooking, super-comfortable beds, and a washer & dryer. There are beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, sandcastle-building equipment and other beach gear provided. There was only enough laundry detergent, toilet paper, and dish detergent for about 5 days so we did have to buy some for the remaining two days. The views were fabulous. We loved sitting on the lanai looking down the greenway to the ocean. The landscaping is beautiful, especially the huge Flamboyant tree that always helped us know which way to head up the hill from the beach or pool. We also met lots of other friendly travelers here. We hope to return and would hands down choose to stay here again!

    This condo has an amazing view. The resort itself is pristine and quiet. The proximity to the pool and beach is perfect. There are shopping and restaurants conveniently located to the property. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time.
