Only issue was with checkin. We arrived at our checkin time and was told our room wasn’t ready. Was told they would text me once it was ready. Waited for over an hour with no text. Checked again and room was ready. Never received a text.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Westin Kaanapali and it was just as enjoyable as our previous times even with Covid protocols in place. The villa we had gave an amazing view and was definitely a highlight for our trip as we could watch the sun set every night from the lanai. Overall the villa and property were great and the staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future. Property management was also easy to work with and very responsive.

This property was as described. Very clean and well kept. The unit itself was clean, spacious and a perfect space for our family of five. Beautiful views of the ocean and volcanoes. There is amazing snorkeling right out in front of the resort with all kinds of coral reefs. We brought our own masks and snorkels to avoid paying over $20 per day to rent. Up the road about 15 minutes are two other great snorkeling spots, and we snorkeled at Kapalua beach and swam with sea turtles!! That was the highlight of our trip for sure. We travelled with our three older teens and the only downside was there were a lot of young children at this resort. So if you would prefer a more adult atmosphere this may not be the best choice.

I made this reservation very fast because everything was booking up. I checked VRBO AND THIS popped up. I booked it because of the locations. My expectations were exceeded. It was fabulous. Also all of the other guests were so nice. We made lots of new friends. I would definitely rent this property again!!!
