The unit was just as described. Comfortable, clean and convenient to Poipu Beach! Had great beach amenities and from the lanai, a view of the ocean where we saw humpback whales and green sea turtles. The landscaping was lovely and the pool and hot tub were immaculate. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
We fell in love with the lanai. Perfect for meals, reading or napping. Being 30 seconds away from perfect viewing of sunrise and sunset can't be beat. There is an extremely well equipped kitchen and all the beach toys you could ask for on an island vacation. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Kauai.
The condo complex and property were lovely and well maintained with easy access to wonderful views of the ocean. The condo itself had a nice partial view of the ocean with lovely grass and grounds. It could be a very nice condo if it was cared for better. Although it appears clean when you enter, as you open cupboards, look at light fixtures, furniture, rugs, etc. it really needs a deep cleaning. Furniture is well-used inside and out and not necessarily what you see in the photos. The kitchen is large with lots of cupboard space, but there is too much stuff. There were random dishes on every shelf some of which had been unused so long we didn’t want to use them unless we washed them. The pantry cupboard was so full and disorganized that we couldn’t put any food away and if we pulled something out we washed it first. We had to contact the manager to have the light fixture cleaned which was full of dead bugs and dirt inside and dirty cobwebs on the outside along with a resident spider that even stayed after the cleaning making more cobwebs. What could have been a very nice condo in a very nice location was just ok since it needs some updating, organizing, cleaning and tender loving care.
We enjoyed our vacation rental in Poipu! The gardens around the property were very well maintained and provided a nice atmosphere for catching the evening sunset. The property was in very close proximity to beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the other accessories like beach toys, towels, etc were a nice touch to see upon our arrival. The pool was unfortunately closed for the majority of our stay due to maintenance - we understand these things happen and the property manager / owner had good communication about this and listened to our concerns to make sure it did not damper our overall stay. If we had to give some feedback otherwise, the rental could use some upgrades in the bathroom.
Overall we were very pleased with this property! One thing I don't think we anticipated, was that being on the ground level meant we didn't want to have the shades open / windows open at nighttime for the whole world to peep in at us. That meant we kept the windows closed during the coolest time, and the living areas were frequently ~80-82 degrees. If it weren't for the AC units in the bedrooms we would have had a different story! The units were great for the bedrooms and ensured we could sleep comfortably at all hours.
The unit itself was wonderful and had everything we could want / need including plenty of dishes / kitchenware and beach towels.

The condo was very clean and inviting. Location was great and easily accessible. All appliances and accessories were available for guests. I would recommend this condo.
Nice condo with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Well situated near Poipu beach. Walking distance if you are up to it, otherwise a few mins by car. Complex is well maintained. Nice welcoming sweets at the condo. Would definitely return
The apartment is one of the best within the complex. At ground level and with a sea view. We didn't mind that everyone walking through the complex can see directly into the apartment. The location right on the cliff is very windy. We stayed in the apartment for 25 days and it was always windy. But you can see spectacular sunsets. The furnishings are a bit outdated. For example, most of the glasses were made of plastic. We would definitely love to come back.

Appreciated the location and partial view. The condo was dated and didn't feel clean with in regards to furniture and carpet. AC function was odd. Found cockroaches in kitchen drawer.
Linens were nice. The welcome basket was a lovely touch.
Absolutely loved staying here. Location couldn't be better. Especially loved the morning runs on the coastal trail that starts right at the condo and goes for 3+ miles. Also loved the sunsets from the rock cliff, the pool/hot tub, and the tennis court on site. The grilling set up was excellent. The only improvement I would love to see is a better bed in the master. Either it is old or just too soft. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again!
We loved the first floor walk out location and watching the ocean from the Lani. Beds were very comfortable.
Four of us enjoyed our week long stay. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We asked that the two twins be pushed together to make a king and our request was accommodated. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the ocean views. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not functioning the entire week. We were not notified of that ahead of time and were offered minimal compensation for it.
