Great place to stay! Highly recommended. It has everything you need and walking distant to the beach where you can enjoy and do some snorkeling!
The house was perfect. Had enough space for all 5 of us. The Lanai was beautiful. Appreciated the beach towels that were supplied and the laundry detergent!!
The property was beautiful. We really enjoyed the cottage as it was clean, well stocked and located near the pool. The lanai was our favorite feature. We would enjoy morning coffee, reading a book or meals on the lanai. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The only hiccup we had was arriving at night and trying to navigate to the cottage without a map.
This place was amazing! Super detailed and easy checkin process. Great communication with management and well kept grounds. The unit was super well stocked with everything ae could have hoped for.We are truly appreciative of our time spent here!
Super cute cottage. It had everything we needed and was so well stocked - it was very much appreciated! Something that we didn’t realize before booking (our fault with research of the area) but the road to access the beach was pretty much a highway, it was very easy to cross with a crosswalk, but just something to note for families with small children.
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo/bungalow was clean, peaceful, quite. It's close to beaches but also away from crowds of tourists. Super comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Loved having the patio to relax. Great place.
We loved this cottage. Clean, tasteful/modern decor. Enough space for my husband and I and our three daughters. In addition to the bedrooms, the common area was big enough to gather: as was dining area and outdoor dining area. We loved the proximity to the pool. The cottage was quiet & private. I would absolutely stay there again. The management team was very responsive and helpful.
We had a wonderful time staying here! The place was clean, rules were clear and easy to follow, and we were a short 5min walk to the beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Would highly reccomend!
The location was great. Less than 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach that has great snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing. You can also drive to the beach and there was always parking if you have a bunch of stuff (chairs, sand toys, etc). The home had everything we needed. Partial ocean views and a view of Lanai Island from the covered patio. Very peaceful place. Would highly recommend!
The cottage was lovely, comfortable, & well equipped ! Having coffee each morning on the lanai was a great way to start the day!

Perfect two bedroom cottage a short distance away from the beach. The cottage was very clean and orderly. Perfect amount of space for my wife and I and our two children (11 & 8). We enjoyed having our coffee on the back porch in the mornings and dinner at night. The beach was a short distance away. You could either walk or drive. The parking lot at the beach was never full. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful time, the kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. Close to the beach. Great cottage with a large deck for relaxing at home. Highly recommend - we'll be coming back!
Property was as described. Small but had everything you would need. Nicely stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach.
Property management company was very quick at responding to any issues (coffee pot quit working and we had a new one that same day).
The only issue i would say-and not really an issue- was that the garbage cans were quite a walk from the condo. It was not a problem for us but might have been if you had mobility issues.
Had a great 13 days in ICC, property is clean and updated, great location, close too beach and restaurants grocery stores 😃
My husband and our 2-boys enjoyed this property. We loved that it was so close to the pool. Our favorite part was the back patio. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
