This unit was wonderful. I was there for my sons’s wedding for a week and at the time I decided to get this first floor unit for easy access to the beach and pool. I was not disappointed. It was updated and was very clean. The sunset views from sugar beach are stunning. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay totally worry free.
Overall, the stay was okay—I bumped it up to “good” mainly because the price was very reasonable. There were a few things that made the experience a bit tedious, like having to keep the doors open while the dryer was running, and the vent for the dryer was actually in the shower, so lint would fall down while we were trying to use it. The floors also weren’t very clean; after walking around inside, our feet turned black. We also felt a bit anxious about the towels, since the listing mentioned we’d be charged if even one was accidentally misplaced.The place worked for what we needed, but those small details definitely affected the overall comfort.
The pool and hot tub are great and very easy to access. The views are stunning. And the grounds are kept incredibly clean and groomed.
Sugar Beach was the perfect vacation spot. Enjoyed taking walks on the beach and venturing out from an optimal location.
This was a wonderful condo and perfect location. 3 adults stayed just shy of 2 weeks. While the condo did feel tight for 3 people, with only 1 bathroom, it was a nice condo. Sugar Beach Resort is a perfect location to stay at as you are in the middle of wherever you want to go on the island. This condo does not have an ocean view but the pool is right there and the beach is just on the other side of the pool. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai for any meal we had at the condo and enjoyed the landscape and all the birds! The condo supplied us with everything we needed and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to come to Maui.
We enjoyed our stay and love your condo. It was clean and the kitchen stocked everything we needed. We did not cook during our stay but you had everything that we needed when things came up. Love the location. We will be back with another family trip!
Sugar Beach Resort was just what we were looking for. The location was a great jumping off point for exploring Maui. We enjoyed the pool area, and being able to use the grills for some of our dinners was a plus. The unit met our needs for a family of four. My only complaint is that there's an in-room safe, but it's only for the owners' use. It would be nice if it were available for guests. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Thank you!
One of our favorite places to stay. The walks on the beach, the amazing facilities, we come every year and this condo did not disappoint. Highly recommend

Tooms were very clean ans location to the beach was great!
The location and condo were great but there are a few things to look out for. Firstly the shower runs cold a lot! Wait for the water to run but may not be more than luke warm. There are few kitchen supplies, would be nice if they replenished. When they say check out at 11, they mean it. I left my purse in the suite to lock the car and it wouldn’t let me in at 11:01! Had to call the property manager

This condo unit was the perfect spot in Maui. I loved the first floor unit, enjoyed just walking straight out to the pool and beach. The beach is beautiful, very clean. We didn't spend a lot of time at the condo, but overall it was perfect.
While you won't see the ocean from the window, you can walk right out of the balcony and be on the beach in 200 steps. The convinience of the ground level was fantastic. I loved being able to walk straight out of the lanai and avoid the elevator/stairs. The condo itself was beautiful, newly renovated. One of the things that I especially appreciated was all the hooks in the hallway to hang jackets and towels on. FANTASTIC! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was GORGEOUS, and we had no issues with anything! we will be back!
