We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Came for 6 weeks for a medical school rotation. For the location, the price was great! This might be due to COVID, but it was pretty dusty and felt like it had been sitting for a while when we arrived. Apartment definitely needs updating, but the location, hotel, activities in the area were definitely worth it. Would absolutely stay again. Only gave 4 stars due to outdated apartment and feeling musty on arrival. Otherwise 5 stars.

The property is as mentioned. A great view of the ocean. Basically, one room plus a bathroom. A King bed and a fold-out couch, so it would be cramped with 4 people. The property is in the center of everything with easy access to the pool, beach, restaurants and shopping.
