We were totally pleased with this property, which completely lived up to expectations. We found the in-suite washer and dryer especially useful during our long stay. The two bathrooms in this one-bedroom unit were also very convenient. The location was ideal, just steps from the beach. Our only quibble was the very narrow lanai—an architectural feature of whole development, at least the one-bedroom units.

Maui Banyan conveniently located across the street from the Kama’ole 2 beach park. Great snorkeling, great sunsets makes for an enjoyable stay

The place was accommodating, but very dated and could have used a thorough cleaning. There were cobwebs on the bedroom walls and curtains. The carpet needs to be cleaned, and everyday there were little ants that were on the kitchen counters when we arrived and they stayed with us throughout the duration of our trip. We did not notify management because the website did disclose that there could be pests. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. However, the A/C in the living room, which is the only A/C in the unit did not efficiently cool the bedroom or the rest of the unit. Maui is hot, and there are a lack of AC’s in many condos. So, this wasn’t a very pleasant aspect of the trip. You would think with the amount of money being collected, the place would present itself better. It definitely needs some TLC. This unit did not add up to the amount of money we spent renting it. If you are looking for a great place to stay that matches the ambiance of the island, this may not be the condo for you. We would not stay here again.

Unit was clean, but smelled of wet/damp carpet and furnishings/kitchen felt outdated. Functionality was to basic standards expectations. Seems a bit on pricey end for similar units I’ve also booked at the same Maui Banyan condos.

Beautiful property, very clean and well managed. Location is perfect across from beautiful beaches and so close walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved our stay! And this might seem a small thing, but the bed was comfortable, linens were clean and comfortable and the bath towels were large and fluffy! Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Super easy booking. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful landscaping/gardens. Condo looked as pictured. Somewhat dated interior but a clean condo that had all the amenities we needed and more. Set back a ways from the road so it was fairly quiet and the location is great for the beach and local eateries. Would stay here again.

Very well manicured, parking was great two pools and juccuzis. Right across from the beach and restaurants. We would love to stay here again! I asked the desk for Another blanket and with in half hour it was left bu our door.😁

Great Location, enjoyed pools, BBQs and beach. Condo was a little dated, but was well appointed with all of the dishes/utensils you would need for 4. Provided beach chairs and books were appreciated. Had problem with fridge which would not keep food cold enough to be safe. Service manager Kristi was quick to provide bar fridge which saved the day. Getting the fridge repaired took approx 5 days with quite a bit of back and forth.
