The best location of Waikiki. This unit has no double pane windows so you hear street noise and the bar tel 1:30 am. A real nightmare. Motorcycles are all the time… unit was adequate.

Beautiful view room in a great location with two fast elevators and a courteous staff who want to be helpful, however: 1) Our refrigerator didn’t work; so, two curdled containers of cream later, Marbella finally brought us a working fridge. 2) The air conditioner was too close to the bed and blasted our heads with cold, making it impossible to sleep. We solved this problem by placing the two provided fans at the base of the bed. 3) The hot water was intermittent. 4) And, yes, my husband killed four cockroaches…just small ones though. 5) Noisy street outside; the white noise from the fans helped to subdue it. 6) Dirty windows needed to be cleaned!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely LOVED the room. From one direction you see gorgeous views of Diamond Head, and the other the beautiful ocean. You can see the sunrise come up over the Mountain right from the room, or you can walk to the pier which is right past the hotel. We had an issue with the TV connection when we first arrived, and Marbella was right on top of it making sure it was taken care of. There was NO lapse in time communicating on their end, which we really appreciated! The room actually had more than the description (unless I didn’t notice it when we booked). They provided pretty much everything including beach towels, beach chairs, a beach bag and flippers for snorkeling. Everything else in the description was on point (if not more) and we had EVERYTHING needed to cook. They provided dishes, silverware, coffee, sugar, trash bags, all the cookware, a bottle opener, a water cooler, dish soap/sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, a pack and play, two blow up mattresses, an iron, a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a vacuum, mop, broom and dust pan and also extra heavy blankets (I’m extremely Anemic so that was a huge bonus for me)! Everything was well labeled for locating it too! After checkout they did hold our bags so we didn’t have to lug them around (as we had a large gap between checkout and our flight), but the Hotel itself didn’t seem to want to do it. We were told others had priority because we weren’t “their guests”, which was the really the only downside because we were told that was a service offered. I don’t believe this was actually an issue with the rental company itself (considering how well we were accommodated), so regardless, we give this rental 5 stars! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your second home, we had a wonderful experience! ❤️

We got everything we needed and then some. Wish we could stay longer. This location was amazing. Less than a block from the sand and a great view of Diamond Head outside our window. Thank you for the great stay!

Great property, perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and out and about. Perfectly quaint with all necessary amenities for our honeymoon in Waikiki. Highly recommend!

This place was not all it's cracked up to be. The best part is it's close to Waikiki but that also meant it's super loud and there were sirens going on at night and even an anti-mask protest with tons of honking, which is not the property managers fault. But that was the "good" stuff. The first thing I noticed walking in was the really bad paint job on the cabinets. You'll see. But again, I could have let that go. I also could have let go of the bucket on the floor next to the AC or the sign limiting what temp you can set the AC at (cause I get that electric is expensive in Hawaii). The part that really bothered me about this place was that the property managers just seem greedy. They limit how much TP you get (3 of the smallest rolls ever that seem to empty out within 24 hours) so you have to buy your own, which at $200+ dollars a night, you could really afford to give people the TP they need. They only give you one large trash bag and 2 bathroom ones. They limit your paper towels to 2 rolls (which we only used part of one but eventually had to use it as TP and just toss in the trash because we were running out of TP)... Which again... Just why?! Ever hear the quote, "a person never goes poor by giving?" A lot of VRBOs leave certain leftover items (like spices, sauces, dressings) or laundry detergent, or give you water bottles, or a small welcome package, or SOMETHING to die you they care, but you definitely won't get ANYTHING from this place. In fact there are signs that they count all their plates and linen and if anything is missing or if you accidently break a plate or glass, you will be charged. We got locked out of our room on our second day. All of a sudden, the room code just wouldn't work. My husband has cancer and this is was his bucket list trip. He wasn't feeling good and really needed to lay down but they couldn't tell us when someone was coming and offered no compensation to make things right. Just basically "sorry, we'll have someone there when we can." There was a blanket that smelled awful and after the "local representative" let us back in our room, she took the blanket with her to wash. This place is obviously owned by a larger company that only cares about money and it really shows, and because there is zero heart or Aloha from this place, I recommend staying somewhere else that feels more homey and caring. You truly just feel like a number. There's more, but apparently I'm limited on characters for this review.

Very good. Interesting that lanai has turned into part of the unit. Good in the respect that unit is bigger, but no ability to be outside. Really good location and there are many nearby places to eat and drink, close to the beach and bus stops. Thanks!
