Bougainvillea-109 is one of the largest 1bedroom/2bath corner units on the property with 1287 sqft which includes the main lanai. An additional wrap-around private courtyard/ garden lanai is off the bedroom.

In true island style, leave your worries and shoes at the door as you enter the tiled entry hall that leads to the remodeled upscale kitchen. Subway tile backsplash accents the granite counter and new black & stainless appliances give a modern look with the crisp white inlay panel cabinets with self-closing drawers and doors. The cherry dining table comfortably seats 4 with 2 bar stools at the island for hanging out with the cook.

The new decor in the oversize living area has a tasteful island appeal with a comfy reclining sofa, leather recliner, turtle/glass coffee & end table and a designer slipper chair. The entertainment center holds a 70” flat screen TV and the designer wood cabinet converts into a queen size bed.
