What has turned out to be an annual Thanksgiving trip to Hawaii, was spent in this beautiful home. The outdoor area was the highlight. The pool was spacious and there was lots of outdoor seating and dining area to use. There’s an added bonus of an outdoor TV, which all the men enjoyed as they watched football. The house is located in an area close to the beach, but is still quiet and relaxing.

We enjoyed the pool and sunsets, the back deck was set up nicely for a large crowd. We visited several beaches that were great, the volcano, the black sand beach, walked around Kona and enjoyed dinner at 2 local restaurants. Several in our group had never been to the Big Island before. The younger family members enjoyed the local coffee shops in the AM.
Regarding the facility, the spa had some trouble which was resolved, the bath Jacuzzi in the right front bedroom never worked. Overall this is a great facility.

This is a fantastic property. There were 10 of us - adults and teens, and we all loved it. The house is gorgeous, huge, and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were great and the view of the ocean from the backyard is exactly what you want when in Hawaii. Would highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family of ten. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Our only dinner out was a luau. Loved the location and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Would definitely consider coming back.

A wonderful home to enjoy and relax. True to pictures. A wonderful modern home for those that might need to plug into work while enjoying paradise. Property managers helpful and accessible. Right down the street from Starbucks so perfect for a quick little morning walk. Right next to a picturesque beach so you can enjoy sunset from there or your own backyard. Look forward to another visit soon :)

The house exceeded my expectations. Nice to have access to the private beach club, close to the King and Queen shops, and a quick walk to Lava Lava. I would definitely stay here again.
