1 bedroom, full bath, queen bed, dining room w/table, kitchenette, full size frig., wifi, cable tv, off street parking, coin operated laundry, Bbq. It is between Kahalu'u Beach (snorkel beach) and Magic Sands beach; both are within walking distance if you want to relax on the local beaches. There are 2 transit systems running on Alii drive making them very accessible. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves crashing the coast. Also, just a 2-minute drive to Keauhou Shopping Center which has grocery store, drug store, post office, restaurants, movie theater, farmers market on Saturday mornings and more. A 5-minute drive to the other direction is ocean front downtown Kona. It also has shopping, restaurants and historical sites. You can come just to relax or be as active as you want. The island has all the water sports available from swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, and big game fishing. There are many sites to see by tour vans or go explore on your own. You have the observatory on Mauna Kea, Place of Refuge, tours of the coffee farms, macadamia nut farms, volcano, lava tubes, lava flows, waterfalls, historical sites of where the kings and ancient Hawaiians lived and much more. The island also has some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Watch for the green flash as the sun goes over the horizon in the evening.
Good neighbor policy/Quit hrs. shall be from 9pm to 8am, Noise from rental shall not be unreasonable to disturb adjacent neighbors. Sounds that go beyond property boundaries during quit hrs. shall not be more excessive then then associated with residential area.
No smoking on property.

Even though you do not have a VRBO profile there will be access to addition information including directions, check-in information, check-out information, rules, policy etc.
Basic information
Washer dryer is coin operated.
I start you out with some simple bar soap, 2 toilet papers, 1 paper towel roll, there are usually some extra supplies that circulate and are still useful (plus a share table in the entry way). If you have a long stay it is your responsibility to buy what extras, you might need.
Please make sure to wash/dry and put away all dishes used.
Late check out when available has an extra fee.

My overall experience (for 9 nights) was outstanding. It was close to Magic Sands and Kahaluu beaches, and close to shops and stores at Keauhou Shopping center. I also like the fact it had guaranteed parking spaces. Isaac is a wonderful host, local guy, who als takes care of local chickens and ducks nearby.
Yes, I would definitely stay here again, if I decided to come again.

Super easy. Isaac was there when I drove up and able to show me around and quick to respond to a text. I liked having a place to park and loved the sound of the birds. Fun to be able to walk to both Magic Sands and Kahalu’u Beach Park.

Isaacs property was absolutely perfect. So spacious and amazing natural light. It’s also only a song a way from magics beach (amazing shore break and beach volleyball) to the north and kahaluu (incredible snorkeling and beginner surf spot) to the south. It came equipped with all the cookie gear I needed included a beautiful stove out on the patio for sunset bbqs. The house also had a surfboard for use, body boards, snorkel gear and chairs for the beach. Isaac really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is not just comfortable, but also convenient, fun, and special.
Isaac is the best host you’ll ever come across. He was incredibly responsive when I needed help with something and was incredibly helpful recommending cool spots to check out on the island. Isaac is such a cool dude and very friendly so don’t hesitate to reach out. He does not cut ANY corners and it shows when you see how amazing his property is. Has everything you’ll need and more!!!
I was there for 3 months and can confidently say that this is the best deal you’ll find on the island with regards to price, location, host quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
