Our family loved our experience at Casa de Makalei. Perfect location and house for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful, well appointed, and very comfortable home with amazing views and short walk, ride, or drive to much of what the area has to offer. Erick and Katrina were super responsive, helpful, and great to deal with. Highly recommend staying at the house for adults and/or families looking for a nice balance of activities (great for surfers) and relaxation.

We stayed here this past May. We were a large group and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for all and well furnished. Location was great, a nice walk to the beach. The yard reminded us we were truly in paradise. Kitchen was well equipped, bedding and linens were simply perfect. Personal AC in each room was amazing, not to mention the awesome sound system, attention to detail was noticed and this home was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

This fabulous home is a perfect way to enjoy Hawaii located just below Diamond Head. Four bedrooms that can easily accommodate more than one family. Beautiful décor throughout and a fantastic kitchen that has everything a person would need if in a cooking mood. Very private backyard and pool area. Easy walk to a small beach. A definite paradise with all the luxuries one could possibly want! I definitely would return to this home.

This house is beautiful with an amazing view especially from the Master Bed Room. I took my family out here and we all had an absolute blast. The house was clean and had amazing amenities. There is a small private feel beach that is walking distance when you walk down the hill toward the left as well.
I highly recommend staying here. I look forward to future visits and this will be my go-to house.
