Beautiful view and well equipped, clean condominium. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Our visit happened to coincide with a downstairs remodel so it was noisy during the day, but that won't normally be the case, Im sure. Would return...thank you!
Our family stayed here for 3 nights, and really enjoyed the location, views, and accommodations. We would definitely return to this condo. Richard was super helpful and communicative before and during our stay. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Even better in person!

This was one of the best condos we've stayed in. The owner, Richard, was very helpful from the beginning. He had lots of great recommendations. The grounds of the condo were well maintained and we enjoyed the pools and views. I felt very safe there. The condo itself was very nice. We had everything we needed from laundry detergent, beach chairs and mat, snorkeling gear, towels, etc. We enjoyed the various fruit from the fruit basket we were given. We hope to be back to Kona and would love to stay here again!
We have stayed in this section of Kanaloa before and always enjoy it. This unit has a wonderful golf and ocean view and the owner did a great job communicating (even calling me beforehand to give me some helpful information). There was also a nice gift basket when we arrived for our two week visit. I would definitely stay here again.
It was super easy working with the host. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and snorkeling. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location, listened to surf all night long. Well appointed, great accommodations. Doesn’t have AC but at least for us it was ok. The ocean breezes and floor fan helped. 😉
Great location, clean, everything updated. Condo included extras for beach including chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels everything needed. Multiple Pools at resort were very nice. Owner was very accommodating and responded quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend, great value.
Nice clean condo with beautiful sunset views over the ocean and golf course. Fully stocked with plenty of cookware, blender, etc. Was also happy to find some spices, oils, foil, paper plates and some condiments (we've stayed other places where those items are removed after each stay). The small ice chest and beach chairs came in handy and even some snorkel gear and tennis rackets. AC would have been nice but the fans do work pretty well. The property is nice maybe a little dated but maintained.
Our stay was wonderful!! Quiet and relaxing. Welcome basket was a surprise! TY! The lanai was breathe taking watching the sunsets.
Place was well stoked with kitchen items.
Having another portable fan would be nice.
Overall great place and would love to stay again in the future.
