The property
Secluded on over 3 acres and immersed in Kona coffee trees and Macadamia nut trees, your stay will promote tranquility. Throughout the landscape there are wild blooming flowers, native ferns, roses, hibiscus, anthuriums, plenty of green geckos, colorful wild birds for an authentic experience of the natural beauty of Hawaii.

At 1700 feet elevation above sea-level, this property enjoys a temperate microclimate year-round. The higher elevation helps keep daytime temperatures down while the custom layout takes advantage of the trade winds to catch the tropical breeze. Nighttime temperatures are also cooler and promote restful sleep.

The space
The home is spacious and opened, with lots of natural lighting from abundant windows, allowing the tropical breeze to flow. The heart of our home is the very spacious fully covered furnished lanai, with a verdant green scenery of Kona coffee trees, tropical flowers and roses, an ideal place for morning Kona coffee while watching the blue ocean or the evening glass of your favorite beverages while watching the magical sunsets over the ocean or the night lights from Kailua Kona.

The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests.
• Bedroom 1: 2 full sized beds, access to the lanai and ocean views
• Bedroom 2: 2 twin bunk beds
• Bedroom 3: 1 king bed with master bathroom, direct access to the back deck where the hot tub is.
• Living room with 2 comfortable pull-out queen sofas
All bedrooms have blackout curtains perfect for a good night's sleep.

There are 2 full bathrooms in the house:
• Bathroom 1 has a shower.
• Bathroom 2 has a jacuzzi tub and a drying towel rack.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, full sized freezer, gas stove with 5 burners, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, blender, milk frothier, multiple coffee makers including French press and expresso machine, blender, toaster, and much more. It has everything you need.

The lanai comes with a very comfortable outdoor sectional sofa, coffee table, fire pit, 2 rocking chairs, a big dining room table and a 100-inch screen projector perfect for a movie night while watching the shooting stars. A telescope and binoculars are also available on the lanai.

In the back of the home there is another deck with an inflatable Hot Tub that that can hold up to 6 people and the outdoor Webber grill.

There is a full washer and dryer under the house, and we provide free & clear detergent.
We offer beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cart, boogie boards, a big cooler that you can take at the beach with you. Your kids will love all the toys, coloring books, cards, corn hole and much more.

One of the best snorkeling beaches on the island, Kahaluu Beach Park is also only minutes away driving. On your way to Black Sand Beach, you can experience the lava flows, Green Sand Beach, macadamia nut farms, amazing ocean views.
