Our working coffee farm is located on 3 plus acres of land, it has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, brand new kitchen ;it is peaceful, private, quiet and at a cooler 1600' elevation. It is surrounded by exotic flowers, coffee trees , macadamia trees and mature fruit trees such as avocado, bananas, guava, papaya, pineapples, lemon trees , grapefruit and much more! Our guests can pick and try any of our ripe fruit .

It is perfect for a family or friends reunion as it comes with a beautiful furnished lanai perfect for outdoor living, watching the breathtaking ocean views, cruise ships in the Kailua port, rainbows, sunsets and sparking stars at night next to the fire pit.

The property is located up Old Poi Factory/Bishop Rd in desirable Holualoa known for the best Kona coffee and it is also supplied by a water catchment system. We do have cable, WIFI , video games , movies ,etc !

The house was fully remodeled 2 years ago and it comes with a brand-new kitchen, and appliances. Only a few minutes walking from the house we have a yoga hut for you to enjoy and relax.

Since we are located at 1600' elevation, we encourage you to bring a jacket to wear at night( sometimes at night the temperature may drop bellow 70 ) or just sit by the fire place in the living room or the fire pit on the lanai? At night you can also enjoy our beautiful solar panel torches around the property

We offer beach towels, umbrella, hammock, a big cooler that you can take at the beach with you.

We offer a 2022 4 doors, Jeep Hybrid Rubicon. We call it our "Little Red". Please let us know if you are interested in renting it.

We love dogs and your furry babies are welcome in our home, upon placing a small nonrefundable pet deposit of $100.

While secluded we are located just 20 minutes from the airport. Costco I’d 10 minutes away from downtown Kailua. Beaches with shallow, clear, warm pacific waters. Captain Cook and great snorkeling beaches are only a few minutes away. While you have your little peace of paradise and privacy ,everything is just a few minutes away!

The farm is perfect for kids as they can watch wild turkeys , chickens, beautiful birds, and butterflies.
There is a little fish pond in front of the house as well ! We have baby gates in case you need them .

We loved the view of the ocean from this hillside coffee farm getaway, and the hostess is such a good communicator and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore Kona!

We were so happy with the property! It was perfect for my birthday getaway and I was even greeted with gorgeous flowers and birthday card. Morning coffee and dinners on the lanai was our favorite part in addition to the tour of the property. Thanks so much for being such great hosts!

Enjoyed the location as it is a bit away from all the buzz but close enough of you have a car. It had all we needed and enjoyed our stay. Would repeat.

Great house, beautiful views, close to everything you want to do in Kona. And the farm itself — amazing. The house is so comfortable and clean. Every single thing worked perfectly! The lanai was worth devoting a whole day to! We wandered around the farm with a cup of the wonderful coffee in hand. This place is a retreat in so many ways but also completely central to everything Kona has to offer. Larisa’s suggestions were excellent and we followed lots of them. We went in June, Family of 4 with 2 teens, 19 and 15.
