(The plunge pool is not heated. It is a cold splash plunge pool only.) This is truly seamless indoor and outdoor living. Shower in the private outdoor shower that is enclosed in a garden grotto, enjoy dining and sunning in your own lush green tropical garden, and cool off in the private cold splash plunge pool. Decorate your villa with fresh colorful flowers from your own garden! This villa has more outdoor garden space than any other Wailea Beach Villa, and it truly feels like a private home within a luxury resort setting.

After dark, you can lie on your own grassy lawn and gaze up at the glittering, star-filled night sky for which Maui is renowned. Seasonally, the array of shooting stars visible is particularly impressive. G102 offers an excellent vacation spot for amateur astronomers.

An assortment of teak outdoor living furniture makes it easy to sun and relax in your own hideaway - day and night. The oversized wrap-around indoor and outdoor patio is a special feature of G102. The great room flows directly outdoors to a covered patio for outdoor living without being exposed to the sun, and the Viking BBQ and bar fridge complete the outdoor kitchen. We are a very busy family so when it comes time to vacation we like to maximize chill time. The people at PPV are amazing, they ensure just that. We had nothing but support and regular check ins to make sure we were set up and had everything we needed when we arrived. The property is amazing and did not fall short of expectations. I don’t have a single thing to complain about. It is a beautiful unit, with all the amenities needed for a seamless vacation. All three bedrooms are big and very comfortable. The view is amazing, absolute paradise!

Place surpassed my expectations. Working with the property manager was second to none. Extremely organized and responsive when needed (which wasn't often given everything provided at the house was remarkable). Location was fantastic with the beach close. Definitely would stay here again!

I've heard it said that a great host/hostess anticipates what a guest will need before the guest knows they need it, this is so true regarding our stay in this unit. What memories we will have of our stay at this lovely villa! The unit was impeccable, with every convenience a family would want or need along with a beautifully furnished unit melding comfort and the spirit of the islands. We found perfection and look forward to returning to this unit next year.

Lovely, open yet secure. Lots of privacy with its own lawn just off the covered lanai. Plunge pool with waterfall is just off the lanai and lawn area. Full service, all amenities included. Extremely well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Daily maid service included. Close to adjacent shopping center and only a short walk through the property to the Beach path and beach.
