House is gorgeous and well stocked! Beach access is perfect and pool is great!
This is a comfortable house with easy access to the beach. It offered more amenities than a second house we stayed in during this trip, providing a generous snack basket and plenty of shampoo, soap, laundry supplies, etc. The house is also well-stocked with games, cards, and other pastimes, which was a nice bonus. Someone's been very thoughtful and anticipated what folks on vacation will want and need. The two-floor arrangement makes it very easy for two couples to have their own private spaces without anyone feeling they got the "bad bedroom." A bonus: there are two large shopping plazas within a five-minute walking distance where great breakfasts, good sushi and seafood, pizza, sports bars, and more can be had. I don't think the VRBO listing makes it clear just how comfortable and convenient this space will be. Highly recommended.

Aloha Villas is the perfect place to stay in Maui! It’s perfectly located near the resorts, but no need to feel tied down. The pictures on the site don’t do the real thing justice. Just a perfect place to enjoy paradise
The only thing about this that was in any way not great was the dining room table. It's super uncomfortable. The table on the lanai was great but couldn't be used in the rain. The view was spectacular, the location perfect. There were a few issues but the management team responded quickly. There is some mold in the living room at the base of the windows in the living room but that was not an issue for us.
Very nice three bedroom condominium on a very quiet beach. If you are looking for a busy resort beach area with walking paths to multiple restaurants, boat and kayak rentals in front of your place, parasailing… This isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a quiet beach with a gentle surf, sunsets and sea turtles you've come to the right place.
Easy walking distance to several nice restaurants and a grocery store. Very easy driving distance to most attractions.
Jude was attentive and responsive to text messages. The condo itself was spotlessly clean and very professionally run with a well-stocked kitchen for utensils and a pool area with multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, yard games etc. There are coolers for you to use on the beach. If you want a small cooler, however bring your own as these are a little large.
Would not hesitate to return again - had a wonderful time!

We couldn’t ask for more! Located steps away from the beach we enjoyed walks at sunrise and sunset. It was a perfect haven for our wedding group with a gorgeous pool and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. These beautiful well equipped villas are modern and full of natural light - a fantastic base from which to enjoy the island. We were very happy with our choice and Jude personally checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.
Really nice property for families to stay together. Those with really young kids should be aware that there is no gate around the pool once you’re inside the property and the stairs inside the units are difficult to navigate for toddlers. Otherwise, such a nice beach and easy access to groceries and coffee.
Pros, Enjoyed this house very much. Right on the beach, close to stores and restaurants. The big patio doors were very nice, pool was right out of front door, very private area and loved that they had beach chairs and umbrella. Would rent again. Cons, Public access off patio was busy until late at night. The door lock was hard to work.
Our Family of 5 stayed in unit 3 of Aloha Villas and it surpassed all expectations. It is a high end condo with an excellent view and location. Several factors make it definite winner. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are all very conveniently provided. Management is over the top helpful and aims to get things right. Everything was in working order... the sliding window wall facing the Beach was the best! The locks and door hardware are industrial grade and take some getting use to but all work just as they should. Finally, with management's permission, one could fit sleep 8 without any problem. The kitchen was workable for a "real" cook but the larger pans, bowels, baking/broiling pans were somewhat deficient. I have stayed at Makena surf several times and overall I would pick this condo again over a 3 bedroom there. The beach is not crowded and has shallow water without a significant surf break. If you want body surfing or other surf activities, you will have to go down the road to makena Beach. Plan to return to Aloha Villas soon.
