Roofing Project in the Manualoha Community
We want to let prospective guests know that a roofing project will be underway in our community from January 6, 2025, possibly into April 2025. Our building & unit will be affected from February 24th through March 9th, the schedule is subject to shift due to weather and the contractor’s progress. For safety and insurance reasons, guests will unfortunately not be able to stay in the unit while work is being done on our Building.
During working hours, you will notice some noise from nearby buildings undergoing work. However, we expect most guests will be out exploring the sights or relaxing at the beach, making this a minor inconvenience in exchange for staying in such a fantastic location.
In light of this, we’ve adjusted and discounted our rates for February, March, and April. We truly appreciate your understanding during this period and remain committed to ensuring every guest has a pleasant and memorable stay!

Absolutely loved our wonderful Vacation Rental Poipu Kauai! It was beautiful, quiet, CLEAN and filled with thoughtful upgraded amenities like lush towels and sheets, toiletries, beautiful appliances, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, ice chest, beach chairs and it included a washer and dryer. They thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. The open view from the large windows across the entire back of the home gave you the feeling of being right in the middle of the lush tropical nature of this very special island Kauai! Thank you Chris - our favorite thing was NO Keys were needed for entry and when leaving. One less thing to think about! Thank you for making the process so easy from booking to Aloha!🌺❤️🌴

This place didn't disappoint. No one above or below you, was nice and quiet. The lanai was great and you couldnt really see the neighbors so it was private. The shower and bathroom were roomy and had decent hot water and pressure. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants with bars. Chris was great to work with and replied to questions quickly. We will definitely rent this place again when visiting Kaua'i!

This condo was perfect for our two-week vacation and is located within walking distance to several beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, beach equipment, and luxury bath towels. Especially loved the lanai for early morning breakfasts and cool tropical breezes! Definitely deserves a five-star rating!

The first three of an 8 night Kauai stay was in this condo. It was a great way to start our vacation.
The entry directions were simple and clear. Unlocking and locking the door was a breeze thanks to the keypad.
The entire unit had a tropical feel to it, and the back patio was ideal for morning coffee or afternoon beverages. Foliage provided privacy from other units.
Beach towels, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs were provided.
It was a 5 minute walk to Poi’Pu and Brennecke’s (?) beach.
Old Koloa Town was a short drive.
The kitchen was well supplied and had modern features.
We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

This the second year we've stayed in this condo, and it's a great place for us as an older couple. It's quiet and private, and in a single-story part of the building, so there's no one above or below. The condo is well-outfitted with everything we need, clean, and in good repair. We eat breakfast and lunch in the condo, but generally go to restaurants in the evening, so don't have much experience with a major cooking effort.
We had a good week this year with fair weather and pleasant temperatures, though we ran the A/C in the bedroom part of the time at night to knock down the humidity a bit. The walk to the pool is only a couple of minutes, and the beach is a pleasant 5-minute walk. The patio out back is somewhat hemmed-in by the border plants with the adjacent development, but is a nice place to sit with the chickens and birds around. There's a good collection of chairs and beach toys in the closet, and some games/puzzles for a rainy day (which we didn't need to use).
It's a middle-tier condo that's not ocean-front, and is fairly priced as such. It has worked well for us, and is a place we would stay again.

Nice & convenient walking distance to the nice beaches, restaurants & town. Property is perfect for a couple, single level with no one above or below you, end unit with great outdoor lounges, dining & peaceful, private location. Furnished for everything you need, great management Company located closeby, easy access & very professional.
