With one King bed in bedroom and one twin bed in a extra room area off the living room. This unit is ideal for a couple or a couple with a guest..
Open air Hawaiian style living with tall ceilings and great Ocean views across the whole unit. It is a favorite among returning guests throughout the years. Pictures do not do the view justice.

There is coin operated washer & dryer in entry way. Outside picnic table and BBQ area with sail shades for those who like to grill.
There is plenty of off-street parking behind the home. The home is situated so that you get the ocean breezes and can hear the waves crashing on the shoreline at night. Note: living room wall is open at top for airflow through to shared entryway and stairs.
We are located off popular ocean front Ali'i drive one house up between Kahalu'u Beach (snorkel beach) and Magic Sands beach. Both are within walking distance. If you want to relax on the local beaches and and Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing the coast at night this might be the unit for you. There are 2 transit systems that run on Alii drive making them very accessible. Also just a short drive to Keauhou Shopping Center which has grocery store, drug store, post office, restaurants, movie theater, farmers market on Saturday mornings and more. A 5-minute drive north the other direction is ocean front downtown Kona. It also has shopping, restaurants, historical sites and luaus. You can come just to relax or be as active as you want. The island has all the water sports available from swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, and big game fishing. There are many sites to see by tour vans or go explore on your own. You have the observatory on Mauna Kea, Place of Refuge, tours of the coffee farms, macadamia nut farms, volcano, lava tubes, lava flows, waterfalls, historical sites of where the kings and ancient Hawaiians lived and much more. The island has some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets ever seen.
Watch for the green flash as the sun goes over the horizon.
Good neighbor policy/Quit hrs. shall be from 9pm to 8am, Noise from rental shall not be unreasonable to disturb adjacent neighbors. Sounds that go beyond property boundaries during quit hrs. shall not be excessive.
No smoking on property.

Basic information

Washer dryer is coin operated.
I start you out with some simple bar soap, toilet paper, paper towel roll, there are usually some extra supplies that circulate and are still useful (plus a share table in the entry way). If you have a long stay it is your responsibility to buy what extras, you might need.
Please make sure to wash/dry and put away all dishes used.
Late check out when available might have an extra fee.
