    The condo was not maintained at all It was not very clean. Outside furniture was so stained that we put towels on it. One dish towel and one dish cloth and we were there for 1and 1/2 months. Lots of issues. Food in the refrigerator. We only had one key. Tv had to be repaired and the AC. I would not recommend this condo.

    Property was spot on as listed. House was beautiful. Couple of small issues taken care of quickly, except tv which we didn’t really care much about. Communication with Kai was great!! Beds were comfortable but pillows need to be replaced, really flat.

    Our family loved this home and the surrounding area. The home was super clean, the air conditioning was amazing, the beds were great, the kitchen is perfect, Kai was easy to contact as needed to answer questions, and the gated community is immaculate. The backyard lanai is peaceful and has a beautiful view of the nearby golf course. The community pool and exercise room is within walking distance and both are super clean and beautiful. I would not hesitate to rebook this property. We had an amazing experience.

    The condo floor plan, location, development were wonderful. We were disappointed by the wear and tear. Broken blinds, broken lightbulbs, a refrigerator shelf that fell off and broke a bunch of eggs. Broken glass dining table covered by a placemat. Very stained outdoor furniture. A water stain on the kitchen floor. Wet sheets on one of the beds. The property manager was very responsive, but many of these issues couldn’t be fixed. We’ve never seen so much damage to a Mauna Lani rental over the 15 years renting around here.
