The Mana Kai AOAO will be performing renovations on the restaurant and fitness center area from March 1, 2023 to October 1, 2023. During this time the restaurant, fitness center, and business center will be closed. They will work diligently to minimize the noise and the work be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The restaurant is expected to reopen in early 2024.

We have never been for to Mana Kai for whale watching season until this trip. It was a wonderful time and we went on several whale watching trips. We could also see whales spouting right from the beach at Mana Kai. We went out in kayaks from Mana Kai and saw whales as well. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation!

This property is perfectly situated at a point of the Keawakapu Beach. Its green lawns leading to perfect sandy beach and snorkeling reef is exactly what you want while in Hawaii.
