Kamaole Sands #3-307 is a 3rd floor, 1-bedroom, 2-bath unit with a partial ocean view. There is a split air conditioning system in the living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 flat-screen televisions, a Blu-Ray player, telephone, and wireless Internet. In the bedroom is a queen bed with a pillow top mattress pad, a flat screen TV, A/C, and a full bathroom. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, along with a recliner, a flat-screen TV, and A/C. For outdoor adventuring, Kamaole Sands #3-307 includes beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis. Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Kamaole Sands was a great place to stay. Almost every day we played pickleball (using the provided sponge balls) and worked out in the gym which is well equipped for a resort gym. The pool was great to hang out at if the beach was too windy and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The beach was amazing and great for snorkelling, no need to go to Molikini as all the fish & turtles are right there. The condo was very comfortable and it’s location was very central within the resort overlooking the pool & fitness centre. It was definitely spacious enough for two and the bedroom was very comfortable and dark. It was well stocked with dish and cookware and included some spices, soaps & laundry pods. We made use of the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats and were hoping to use the boogie boards but the waves wouldn’t cooperate. My only suggestions to the owners would be the addition of a foldable clothes drying rack & a brita filter (we brought our own) to prevent the purchase of bottled water. If you want a great condo for 2 this is it.

This was the 4th time staying at Kamaole Sands in Kihei and the property continues to delight us. The condos are clean and the grounds are well maintained. Places are equipped with everything you need. Beach access right across the street and great little restaurants and shops within walking distance. A short drive takes you to other excellent beaches, shopping and restaurants in Wailea.

Everything was as described, good location in Kihei, right across from the beach. Beautiful garden, in suite laundry and dishwasher is always nice bonus. Good clean pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great, lots of things to do at the property- swimming pool, 2 jacuzzi, 3 min walk to the beach. Chairs, snorkels, and boogie boards were provided with the rental. Everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you!

We loved staying in the condo. It had towels, chairs, and an umbrella so we didn’t need anything. The grounds are beautiful and such a perfect Maui escape.
