We really enjoyed this place. It had a pull for kids plus the adult pull; it was two minutes from beach. Rooms were clean. We had some confusion with parking, but it was resolved.
They have some event going on every week, which was very nice. I would come back.

The fees attached to these rooms & property is ridiculous! Our carpets in our bedroom were soiled and no one did anything about it. Lamps were cheap & flimsy and no privacy curtains in unit!

This condo was perfect for what we needed to stay in Maui. It was clean, close to the pool and the beach. It is also only a few minutes of a drive to local restaurants and shops. All of the appliances worked except the AC unit made loud noises that took the property manager two days to get a technician to address. And there are stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Other than that it was a good safe place to stay while we enjoyed Maui.

The bathroom rug was dirty and needed to be washed, also the blanket smelled of BO. It makes me wonder if the towels etc were clean.
It would be nice to have a small saucepan to cook an egg.
