The unit itself is beautiful and clean, with easy access and convenience to everything we enjoy in Maui. The cross breezes in this corner unit were divine. Check in/out is simple and independent. Unit has washer/dryer and we appreciated that! Well stocked and very good condition kitchen, as well. Sliders a little difficult to use, and twin bed was hard. The structure itself has very thin walls (e.g., can loudly hear the upstairs units and when they run their water) and the property management does not seem to enforce quiet hours (?) as rowdy kids (we have kids ourselves) from other parties were making a whole lot of noise around the properties by 6:45am and waking everyone up till about 9:30am when they quieted or departed. This unit is right by the road, so there is a lot of traffic noise, but closing the windows helps to cancel the noise. Thank you for a nice stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. My family and I highly recommend this condo and will try to book through them again!
Loved the unit and the location...Napili is beautiful! Would stay here again! Only negative is the parking was not close to the unit so bringing in groceries and luggage was a bit of a walk for 2 family members with knee issues. But overall, loved it!
It was amazing! Would definitely like to come back.

We’re wrapping up our 2 week stay with 4 adults and 2 teens (ages 13 and 16). Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would like to point out a few things:
- AC has an owner lock that would not let us go below 72 degrees. 72 was not comfortable for our group and we had crappy sleep the first couple of nights. We requested the management company override the lock and lower it to 70. At first they said no, but I pleaded with them and they finally said yes. When they came, they adjusted 1 thermostat in the main living area, but not the bedrooms. I had to call them again to come back and lower the temps in the bedrooms. By night 3 we got the temps comfortable. At times the AC struggled to stay at 70.
- the property is advertised as sleeping 6, but 2 have to sleep on the sleeper sofa. Our 2 teens tried it one night and did not find the sleeper sofa comfortable.
Things we liked:
- Love the ground floor access
- Great views of lanai and sunsets
- management company was responsive
- Beach chairs and umbrella were handy
Very nice and clean stay with comfortable beds and even comfortable sofa bed. Ocean view and ocean sound.
The unit was perfect for my family. Had all the convivences of home. Would book to stay again in this unit at Napili Point!
Loved the views from private lanai & windows in this unit. Mostly quiet except for some vehicle noise in bedrooms heard from nearby street. Air conditioner acts as white noise to nicely cover this at night. This was our 5th stay at Napili Point - we're totally spoiled & never stay anywhere else on Maui!
The condo was in a great location, beautifully decorated, well stocked and the management company was wonderful about reaching out upon arrival and throughout the stay. The pictures were nice but the condo showed up even better in person. The Bay immediately in front of the patio, Napili beach walking distance, and whale watching from the patio made this condo even more special.

Wow, was this place what we wanted. Great layout with private master suite and gorgeous upgrades throughout. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed for our family meals every day. The numbers on the oven dials were worn off, which made it a little difficult to control temperature on stove, but was doable. High quality furniture, comfortable beds, and a beautiful lanai to relax on. Loved being on the end because it felt very private and we had easy access down to the grounds via the "surfers walk" to the side of the unit. No building was over 2 stories tall which made for a relaxing non-resort getaway feel. And just steps from great snorkeling in Honokeana Cove. You will have a tough time not enjoying yourself here.

We had a marvelous trip and found the unit exactly as advertised. So comfortable and love that end spot (private) location. The interior is a steep upgrade from the unit we had last year, you all have done a great job with the furnishings and amenities. We used most of the provided beach gear, the extra chairs we great and we really appreciated having a small cooler for beach drinks and snacks. This is a bigger unit than we regularly book as we had our son and DIL with us and there was ample room for all of us. The views are show-stopping and the entire trip was peaceful. Thank you. Also, we had a couple of minor issues in the first couple of days that they were remedied so quickly, we hardly knew y'all were in there. Thank you for a memorable visit.
We loved Napili Point! It is an amazing location for a Maui vacation. We enjoyed snorkeling in the peaceful cove, walking the coastal trail, the proximity to beautiful nearby beaches/cliff jumping., and even a great local grocery and coffee shop less than 5 minutes away. The view from the villa is just as pictured and perfect for capturing sunsets over Molokai, either from the small patio or within a short walk to the water’s edge. The villa itself was spacious for our family of 4 and nicely updated. Highly recommend The Gazebo breakfast experience. It’s is a short walk away and worth the long line! We will definitely consider this spot for future Maui trips!
Comfortable beds and furniture, loved having beach chairs, snorkel gear and towels for the beach. Pool was very nice as well and the view was amazing everyday.
This was our 3rd stay at Napili Point and we loved it again! The condo was perfect for our family. Lots of room for everyone and wonderful views. The condo was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. We will be back!
Not impressed with the condition of the property. We have been to the islands over 16 times so we know we kinda know our way around. Also, misleading about access to the bay - you cannot access the entrance to the bay that is to the south because it is on another property. You can access from the property if you want to brave going over rocks as the waves are coming in. One of the two pools was closed for half the time we were there, due to being "schocked".
I put a call into the management about an issue I had; I did not get a call back until several DAYS later, and by that time I just decided to live with it.
Kitchen was nice. Adequate utensils. Nothing else was available....not even salt and pepper shakers [only pepper box and large salt container]. No Reynolds wrap, bags or Saran rap. Other than the Kitchen the unit has seen better days. We were very disappointed having paid after tax and cleaning service over $700/day for our 7 day trip. Even after following the directions provided, we never could get the TV to work right. Just our opinion. But not worth staying here.
Unit was well located. There were several areas in the unit that could have been nicer (broken blinds, screen sliding door wouldn’t go in the track, more tools/utensils needed in kitchen, lanai furniture needs repair). On the nice side, living room and dining area furniture was good, parking easy, view of ocean lovely.
Everything was perfect. More spacious than we anticipated.
Such a wonderful time away with family! Beautiful and just what we needed!
We had a great experience and the property was as described.
We had three separate families who rented three units on the property, with a total of 9 people traveling. This unit was a great meeting spot for all of us, where we cooked and enjoyed nightly dinners in the unit and on the lanai. The view of the cove in front of the property is stunning, with fantastic snorkeling that included dozens of honu (sea turtles). You have to be willing to enter from the rocks to snorkel in the cove. Beach access is a little tricky…you either have to walk a short path on the shore or on the street to get to a beautiful beach. Overall a wonderful vacation in a quiet cove. We’re sad to leave!
This was a great Maui experience for my family of 5. We would definitely come back!
