This is actually a penthouse suite in a smaller hotel in the Waikiki area. Loved every moment of it plus the 2 included parking spaces made getting around the island super easy.
We will definitely use this condo again. It is located in a perfect location. We so enjoyed all the local restaurants nearby as well as the beach is only steps away. Easy access to the property and the one bedroom condo is nicely appointed. Highly recommend. The parking was so convenient and easy
Great location, a little noisy, parking is ideal. Overall the unit is a little rundown but we spent so little time there it was not too much of a distraction.
The elevators were slow or not working. The pool was closed for repairs and the water was shut off in the building one day for 2 hours. The parking garage is not made very well the turns are to tight.
The stay was good but the property needs updating. There was not enough hangers, no dresser and the toilet kept running. Also I didn’t like the add on bidet.
What a wonderful location clean room and we had an absolutely great staycation. Garentee we will be back
We had a wonderful stay at the unit and it was great to have parking included. Being at the top penthouse unit included a nice view from the balcony and an entire full kitchen. Bed was comfy and we felt very comfortable!

The suite itself was very clean and having an actual separate bedroom was nice. The view of Diamond Head and partial ocean view was spectacular. The suite was well stocked especially with extra towels. I found the owner to be easy to communicate with the host via by email. The only two issues are out of the host’s control…..noise from the busy street below and the terrifying entrance to the parking garage. Also the first parking space is extremely difficult to pull in and out.Overall I would recommend staying here. The price is certainly reasonable for staying in Waikiki.

This was a perfect place for me and my parents to stay while we visited the Pearl Harbor monument. There was a nice view of the city and harbor from the balcony and we could see sporadic fireworks on New Year’s Eve. The place was clean. Only reason for the four stars on cleanliness is that the couch is a bit loved with some spots. But we were definitely pleased with the cleanliness and comfortable staying there. I was on the pullout couch and it was reasonably comfortable. It is super close to some restaurants (next door) and a couple of markets (a block or two) - easily walkable for me to bring stuff back, which was very appreciated given parking on city streets was scarce. The reserved parking spots are a definite plus - the ramp would be tight for a large vehicle. Check in and check out was straightforward. Would absolutely stay here again!
The room was nice - the placement near the elevator was a bit noisy in the night but otherwise a great place to stay!

I was so blessed to be able to stay in this rental on such short notice. It was exactly like the pictures. Views are amazing easy to get in and out of Waikiki just a perfect location. I am born and raised on Oahu and have never stayed in Waikiki now that I know this place is is accessible I will definitely book again on my next trip back home. Mahalo Nui Loa for the hospitality.
Great place. Clean. The only negative thing I have to share is the bed pillows were too flat for my liking as the shower head was too weak. Other than that the AC was cold and the balconies were lovely. Would stay again.

We have been staying at the Island Colony through Lei Hawaii, but this is the first time we have chosen an Aqua Palms room. The size and layout were satisfactory, and it was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a very good stay and we would like to rent that room again. Please allow me to tell you what we noticed for in case that we will rent it again.1. We noticed that you had left a beach parasol and would have loved to use it, but it was either dirty or mouldy and could not be used.2. The sofa bed have some spots and the fabric in particular smelled as if it had absorbed sebum and sweat and accumulated.3. The bed sheets and pillowcases smelled not compretely dried.4. There was only one set of towels each. Even though this is not the same as hotel service, it would have been helpful if at least two sets of towels because we still have the other set when we need to wash one set.We would be grateful if you would consider the above.We will be happy to book again from you next year.Best regards,

Everything was fine with the room but when i tried to call the number listed for property management the recording is all in Japanese and when i left a message nobody responded so i always had to e-mail them which they did respond by e-mail but i would have rather talked to a person. The remote did not work in the bedroom they did send a new remote with no batteries in a few day later. They only had one small piece of soap for 3 people to wash hands & shower. The air conditioning drainage flooded the room & i tried calling since it was a emergency since the water was coming out of the ceiling luckily their was a mainteance man in the hallway & he fixed the problem. He said the air condition drainage was blocked. The view was nice & the location was really nice. You can catch the trolleys right in front of the hotel to go to Ala Moana Mall to Waikiki with a all day pass.

This was our second visit to Honolulu and second stay at the same property. We found the condo generally clean and comfortable. As before Lei Hawaii Realty ensured a seamless experience. Our only issue with the unit was that the shower walls had not been properly cleaned. We had to remove hair from a previous guest.
Checked in about 5 on a Saturday. Went to the room excited about settling in and going out to a nice dinner. Went to the room only to fin the only toilet was full of bowel. Mu some spent five minutes trying to plunge the toilet and keep it from over flowing. We then sat down to relax only to fine that neither tv worked and there was no cable. I called the first contact number I was given and it went to voicemail, I then called the second number and it went to voice mail. I then called the third number I was given only to be told the voice mail was full and not accepting new messages. I then went to the front desk of the condo property and they sent an essays to the owner. I then checked into a regular room for the night. I was still hopeful we would hear something back and be able to move into the original VRBO unit. That ever happened. We never heard back fro Lei Hawaii Realty even after repeated calls. The owner of the unit did say he was reporting the problems with Lea Hawaii Realty. Nothing was ever done.
Check in was easy and seamless. Penthouse was clean, furnished (extra towels, sheets/blankets/pillows, toilet paper, pots/pan to cook, silverware, beach chairs, mats, fan etc) and was convenient to stay walking distance from main Waikiki attractions. Parking was easy to locate only thing is that there were 2 times we had to report that someone else was parking in one of our assigned parking spots. Also, A/C was not working properly upon check in but was fixed next day. Then A/c would intermittently stop working throughout our stay As well so we had to call maintenance again. it was pretty warm but was fixed. But overall, my family and I felt at home and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit and recommend to our friends/family.

We rented a 1 BR penthouse suite. It was clean, and well-furnished.We were told to not contact the hotel staff or concierge, but to contact Lei Hawaii Realty with any questions or needs. Unfortunately, despite being very polite and nice on the phone, they could not help us.We could not get the TV in the living room to work. The instructions that were left were not helpful (the instructions said to be sure the cable box was on - and there was no cable box in the unit. It said to use the "spectrum" remote, and then the "sony" remote, yet there was no spectrum remote if sony remote in the unit. There was an LG remote for the LG TV, but this did not work. We called Lei Hawaii Realty several times, left messages, sent an email, no response. When we finally got hold of someone they said they would send someone to fix this, but this was also not fruitful. During our 3 day stay, the living room remote did not turn on the TV.The location of the unit was great, close to buses, close to Ala Moana center. Easy walk to Waikiki beach and shopping.

Pros
View, every thing as promised. The photos on the website actually don’t do the views justice. Lovely view of Diamond Head and two views of ocean. Buildings block the sunset, but views are still worth it.
Free Parking! The hotel, in which this condo is located, charges $40 per space per night and they can’t always provide spaces due to demand, so having two spaces included in the rental price is a real benefit.
Location right down in the busy Waikiki city. Just two blocks from the beach (now see cons on location).
Very good price if you’re looking for a condo in downtown Waikiki (now see cons on).
Spacious true one bedroom (not a studio with sliding louvre ) provides you with plenty of space. Plenty of storage (We could use a chest of drawers, but it was not essential.
Cons
Location. Condo fronts onto Ala Moana Blvd, a very busy main thoroughfare in Waikiki. Since the condo fronts on the busy street, traffic noise is significant making it unpleasant to sit on the balcony or leave the sliding doors open. At 6PM it was a little difficult to carry on a conversation on the patio, so if you are seeking a quiet Hawaiian experience, this rental is not for you, but you an urban aficionado then it could work.
Maintenance: This is an older property which is really showing its age. Very little money has been reinvested in it. The kitchen and bathroom especially are showing their age. Patio chairs are coming apart.
Instructions for the tv out of date
My husband and I stayed at the penthouse suite for two weeks and found the location very good, across from Hilton Village. The suite was as advertised and quite spacious. Check in went well. The parking stall on first floor always seemed to be occupied by someone else but since we had only one vehicle, the spot on the 3rd floor was easier to get in and out of anyways. My only comments are we could have used an extra bar of soap for a two week stay and the kitchen pots/pans were badly scratched.

Not recommended. We have stayed in many properties. This one is dirty and poorly maintained. Pros-15 minute walk to Waikiki, and the same to Ala Moana mall. A pink line trolley stops in front of condo and the bus is just down the block. Nice view of Diamond Heard and partial views of ocean.Cons-Very dirty. Ice and water don’t work, and behind it is covered in black mold. No kitchen sink drain cover. Greasey fan over cooktop stuck to me fingers-fire hazard. Floors are so dirty that the curtains are black, and discoloured. We replaced 2 of 3 burned out lightbulbs, one shade is missing all shades are full of dead bugs. Light in bedroom doesn’t work, and it is dark in there as it is. Smelly bed and sofa. The Sofa is very stained. Balcony chair and leather stools are damaged. There are Signs telling us what we can and can’t do. (Water the plants, etc) Missing tv box(management said last person took it- don’t you check your property?) only ~8 channels, mostly non English channels. They sent repairman to fix the ice maker- the workers said it is fine. (we had no ice the whole stay). We had a false alarm fire bell go off, and we came back to the condo to see men in the condo. Unsafe- a fire alarm just went off! Missing bar stools, chipped wall corners and needs a paint refresh. With a very good cleaning and some minor repairs, this would be a lovely place! I always videotape the unit just before we check out.
