    Enjoy spectacular 180-degree ocean views from this 3 bedroom, 3700 square foot luxury home in Keauhou Estates on the Big Island of Hawaii. The house has an open floor plan, marble floors throughout most of the main living spaces, and large rooms with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy the spacious gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room with cable television, and the separate entertainment area with baby grand piano. Sunsets from the pool deck are unforgettable.

    The house has central air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi. The pool deck includes a swimming pool, spa, BBQ, outdoor kitchen and a covered outdoor seating area. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, comfortable seating area, cable TV, large walk-in closet (that includes a wireless printer) and a large master bathroom with marble tile. The second bedroom includes two king-sized beds and an attached bath. The third bedroom includes two twin-sized beds and an attached bath. We have a kit that allows the two twin beds to be joined into one large bed if renters prefer that configuration.

    We have made a number of upgrades. In May 2023 we put new tiles in the spa, replaced fixtures in the master bathroom and 2d bedroom, and did finish carpentry work around the large television in the living room and elsewhere. In September 2022 we replaced the router and the wifi satellite stations to increase the speed and reliability of the wifi system. Since the beginning of 2020 we have installed new outdoor furniture, new double ovens, new carpets and new furniture for the master bedroom, and a new pedestal sink in the entry bathroom. A new 75-inch television was installed in the living room in the beginning of 2022.

    The kitchen sink and dishwasher also have been upgraded since 2019. The pool deck, pool and spa were rebuilt and refinished in 2016, and the spa has been re-tiled in May 2023. The pool deck includes a BBQ, outdoor kitchen and a covered outdoor seating area.

    This property is quite simply beyond expectations. The home is located in a quiet, gated community around 8 minutes from "downtown" Kona and set up the mountain side a bit to afford stunning views from the master bedroom , kitchen/dining area and especially the pool and patio. Many of our photos from the pool deck and hot tub appear as if they were Photoshopped but in fact were the real thing. The house itself comes equipped with a full complement of amenities leaving little else that you could possibly need from a vacation rental. Here are a few beyond what would be typical: outdoor gas grill, wine fridge, whole home music system, pool bar, as well as beach supplies (umbrellas, snorkels, etc.). Lastly, the manager of this property really did a great job in communicating. We would be honored to stay here again should future travels bring us back to the Big Island.

    We were first time visitors to Hawaii and the craziness of Wakiki and Whaler's Village didn't appeal to us. We wanted an active vacation exploring the islands and a quiet place to land when we weren't adventuring. Boy was this spot ever a dream come true. The location of the property is in a very safe gated community. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The home itself is spotless, spacious, and well appointed. Ken and his wife are the caretakers and they do an absolutely amazing job. We couldn't have asked for a better property to stay at. We will be back next year!     This home was lovely. My family and I (3 kids, grandparents and me and my husband) stayed for 3 weeks. The rooms are laid out so everyone has privacy. We loved the open floor format of the common areas. The kitchen had everything for cooking and baking, and the extra fridge was a bonus for our large group to keep drinks cold. The kids loved the pool and used the pool tools located in the grage. There we plenty of beach towels (in the laundry room) that came in handy, as well as beach chairs, boogie boads, portable cooler and an umbrella (in the garage) to use at the beach. Access to the garage for parking our car was a bonus. The location of the home is perfect. Just 5 mins away from a KTA grocery and some restaurants at the bottom of the hill (we tried the pizza, bbq and shaved ice places and all were fantastic!), 15 mins from other shopping off route 11 and Ali'i drive, and it was easy to get to other areas around the island for hiking, snorkeling, surfing and the harbor for a big game fishing charter. Ken, the property owner, was very helpful and was prompt to answer any questions. The neighborhood is beautifully kept and is wonderful to walk through, the view and sunsets every evening were stunning from the pool patio. We truly loved this home and it made for a very memorable vaction!

    The property is very spacious, gorgeous views, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the beds are comfortable and decor is very nice. This worked very well for days my parents just wanted to rest. Much better then a condo or motel room. Pool & Spa were fantastic. I would happily rent this house again in the future....id love to buy the lot next door and build my own home.

    Great place to stay with everything we needed. Kitchen is fully stocked including an amazing coffee bar with every possible way to make coffee you can imagine! Really appreciated that the owner gives you access to the garage so you can park inside. The house is spotless and even has extra refrigerator/freezer space for all your supplies.
