It was exactly as described, well almost, the view was better than i expected! The cross breezes just heavenly. We did not want to leave. Thank you for such a perfect stay!!
Great location within walking distance to restaurants & grocery store.Waterfront was lovely watching sea turtles & snorkeling.Comfortable bed and condo stayed cool with windows open.Grounds pretty and clean.Not thrilled by dirty dishes in cupboard & rusty teapot on stove.Bathroom could really use some upgrades as well as a shelf for toiletries.
This was a great location to stay at nestled between many options with great views at an affordable price.
Location of this property is ideal. Has everything you need. Could use some painting and updating but our time there was wonderful.
If waking up and going to sleep right next the ocean is important to you, this place hits the spot. Gorgeous view of Molokai right from your lanai as you have your morning coffee. The turtles love this area too.

Beautiful spot, upstairs neighbor noisy all night every night until around 3am
Construction going on all week on both units either side of us. No warning.
Anther big concern is the code to enter doesn’t change and there is no other way to lock the door.
Also, the only laundry is communal and coin operated
We keep coming here multi years.
This is just the best place to stories right on the water.
Great walking close to the grocery stores. Unfortunately they have from Store is closing but hopefully will reopen with the new owners?

The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our family and 7 night stay. The ocean was just out the back slider and steps away, very easy access. The location was great!!!
Overall this property is what made us love our stay in maui and what was most memorable. Having the beach right in ones backyard was so memorable. The place could have been a bit cleaner but other than that it was the perfect spot.
After a few long days in Hana, we were exhausted and looking forward to relaxing.
Directions were great, as we opened the door we looked straight ahead to the ocean. Gorgeous views and lots of turtles and whales to watch.
Everything is clean and comfortable.
Lots of places within walking distance.
We'll be happy to return.

Property is just as described. Very easy ck in process. Everything I needed was here for the stay. Lots of beach towels available! Clean property and exactly what I needed for my "get away". I will definitely stay again if I am so blessed to do so. Property owners were awesome and easy to get a hold of. Prompt replies to any questions I had.

Rustic, natural property, well-located near Kaanapali & Napoli-Kapalua activities & dining. Suited for max 2adults, excellent choice due to ground floor, convenient parking, lanai to grass to steps to sand on west facing beach. Views are stunning, breeze flows thru unit, tortoises visit frequently too, as described.

What an amazing location! Spent every morning watching the waves with a cup of coffee and spying turtles in the surf. The whole family loved the ease of being so close to the beach!

A great place, perfect size for two. Perfectly situated. Condo was very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beach gear and towels, ok bed. Bathroom a bit dated, but shower was great. Comfortable outside table and chairs facing the ocean, with Molokai and Lanai islands to view. The beach couldn't be better, just a few steps away to blue heaven and swimming with sea turtles. Nice grassy area with shared lounge chairs, beautiful foliage including plumeria and visiting birds. The neighborhood was great, right next to a park, Farmer's Market store, coffee shop. Also, an amazing Congregational Church with Sunday service in Hawaiian and English and ukulele. There is so much to do on Maui, but I really liked just staying at this spot the best. Was absolutely a wonderful experience, dreaming of going back.

The location on the beach was awesome! The waves truly lull you to sleep!
