Aloha to paradise, this studio is cozy, Charming, Comfortable and locate on a high floor with a panoramic ocean and diamond head view. We are located across the street from Fort Derussy Park and Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. You are only a short walk to the beach, the Ala Moana Mall, restaurants and the famous strip of Waikiki (Kalakaua Blvd). The location of this studio is perfectly located - just close enough to the busy Waikiki nightlife and shopping, but far enough away that are not surrounded by people all day! After dinner, a short stroll on the beach and/or a 3 minutes walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village to watch the firework every Friday night.
This studio will perfectly accommodates 2 adults and 2 child.

Window air condition and a portable fan.
Free Wi-fi.
A queen size bed. New Novaform mattress as of 04/10/2024.
A full size memory foam futon.
A 50" flat screen smart TV.
Midsize fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mini oven, single burner hot plate, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
Hair dryers, iron and ironing board.
This building is secure with security patrol and FOB key elevator entry.

We really enjoyed our visit to Hawaii and Michael’s property was perfect for us there was a strange smell from fridge which did linger on items we chilled so refrained from using but overall good and worked for us and our budget! Would stay again

Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. Location is great - quick walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Pool and surrounding deck was clean and very nice. Great host- I hope to stay again during my next visit to Honolulu. Mahalo Mike.

The location is ideal, the location is quiet, very clean, comfortable, all the amenities we could have possibly asked for. When a lamp lightbulb burnt out, we texted the owner and there was another light bulb at our door the next day! Very pleased

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Michael's condo. The view of Waikiki was the best thing about this condo. We watched the sunrise every morning and loved it! The condo is small, but is great for 2 people. The refrigerator is small but adequate. The portable cooktop hot plate came in very handy as well as the small oven and microwave. The condo was clean and check in was very easy. One thing missing is a place to store our clothes...like a small dresser. The air conditioner works well, but can get a bit noisy at night. We got used to it though. Traffic on the street can be noisy too...but again, the view and easy access to the beach made it worth it. An added plus was the parking...it was very convenient at a very reasonable charge. We would totally stay here on our next visit to Waikiki. Thanks Michael!!!

Stayed here 2 ni to extend our stay after other part of island.
Pros:
Very clean - kitchen/bathrooms clean to the corners. No grubby grout or caulking.
Nice cotton towels,/sheets & bed (firm).
Kitchen well stocked for small size-wouldn’t attempt to cook much but fine for heating and coffee.
Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good location for Waikiki strip but probably a bit far to beach if one has lots of stuff or kids.
Check in easy, building felt secure.
Note:
Building itself dated.
Window AC works well but is noisy.
Would be nice if it had a ceiling fan. Has a standing fan but had a grinding noise so didn’t use.
Studio is small so one should expect tight spaces especially if one has a large build.
