The condo was just as accurate as listed with small touches to make it a more relaxing stay for our family. Laura has taken great care of the property in a quiet complex with the unit facing the golf course where goats competed with the players!

Beautiful condo , very nicely decorated, right on 8th hole of golf course, lovely view . No AC at this condo , lots of fans but it got really hot!! Very well equipped with water toys and beach chairs!

I don’t think we ever stayed in a place that had so much of everything a family needs. Clean, modern, all the utensils, lots of beach stuff, all the little things. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the large lanai! The condo was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained. The pool unfortunately was shut down for half our stay.
The only thing that we missed a bit was having AC, we were usually out mid day, but it got fairly warm. The fans helped to sleep at night and beds are very comfortable.

This property was very nice for our group of 2 married couples. The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. There were some items for the beach that made our trip to Hapuna White Sand Beach so nice! The views from the master bedroom, living room and lanai were wonderful- golf course fairway and trees and ocean behind it. The sunsets were spectacular.
The manager, Laura was a delight to interact with. She really helped us know some of the great things to do and places to visit on the island. She was extremely responsive when we had a small maintenance issue that needed attention.
The complex appears to be doing some upgrades and repairs including the pool- which was down the entire time of our stay- that was disappointing but the pool area looks really nice...just hadn't opened yet before we left. Be aware (and I believe it's in the listing) that the condo doesn't have air conditioning but does have fans which help. We were out most of the days and returned in the evening so it wasn't a huge issue for us. It could be a problem with higher temperatures or humidity if one is sensitive to it. The home and complex was quiet which was nice. Be aware that the quiet rules for the complex and pool are very stringent (according to the paperwork in the binder at the condo) so a family with teenagers or small children may find them to be too strict or it could be a problem during your stay.
The condo is super close (about 1/2 mile) to the bay that has snorkel and manta ray excursions. DON'T miss out on the manta rays---we used Sea Paradise! The condo is about a 10 minute drive to the busy/tourist part of Kailua Kona. We enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure, and the place was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. We were worried about no AC, but it was not a problem at all, and we were there in the summer. I'm stay here again on our next trip : )
