Makani Sands #110 is an air conditioned, direct ocean front, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium. Located on the ground floor, you can walk right out to the lawn, patio, and beach. Take advantage of nights at home by barbequing fresh island fish on the patio. Indoors, there is a full kitchen with granite counter tops, dining room table for four plus two bar stools. The comfortable living area faces oceanside. On the outdoor lanai, there is a dinner table for six, which is also perfect for watching sunsets, whales, and turtles. Floors are travertine tile throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guests bedroom can be set up for either two twins or a king size bed. Additionally, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. So come and enjoy this beautiful beachfront, air conditioned, upgraded wifi, Makani Sands home away from home....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five had a great time staying at Makani Sands! We love being right on the water, love the ocean front bbq’s and the rental we had was so comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week’s stay there. Love the location as well, it is within walking distance to shops, coffee and dining and is just a short drive away from Kaanapali!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The common hallways were not vacuumed daily of sand. Otherwise, the property is very well kept. Staff very friendly. Great location. Suites adequate for our needs. Beautiful views of Lanai & Molokai. The best is the view from our lanai of the ocean and turtles. Snorkeling is great for kids and adults alike. I found it very relaxing mesmerizing watch the ocean.

Snorking gear, board games, AC, Beach towels, beach chairs are part of booking.

The condo is cramped for 5 people. The couch is older and not that comfortable. The 2 swivel chairs are in need of replacement. It was difficult for our family of 5 to sit and watch TV together. The picture of the beach was taken at the low tide which lasts for about an hour, otherwise the water is hitting the sea wall and not real safe to get in the water. The master shower is very small and cramped. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a number of spices. The office personnel are very nice but the office is closed on the weekends which is difficult if you need supplies or assistance. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds which are small, my 17 yr old boys were hanging off the edge. The master bedroom could use nightstands. We enjoyed our stay in Maui but we would stay in a different condo next time especially with the cost per night being pretty expensive.

This is a great location for beach goers. We used the beach, plus used the location as a base camp for thebroad to Hana and the national park. The condo was clean amd as advertised. This place has epic sunsets. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. I highly recommend this condo.

Everything was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to grocery store and restaurants. There was enough beach to get into the ocean. Eels and turtle sightings daily. The unit was stocked with beach towels flippers and beach items (chair umbrella cooler) the kitchen was also well stocked! There was even a blender. The fridge was empty and clean. I would definitely stay here again. It would also be great for young kids.
