***The City of Honolulu recently enacted a law which allows rental houses such as this one to be rented only once within a 30 day block of time. While few guests visiting Hawaii are looking for a 30-day rental, the law is interpreted to mean that the owner may only rent the house once within a 30 day window, regardless of how long or short the stay of the visiting guest. Our Rental Agreement and scheduling has now been adapted to comply with this new requirement.

Nice property. It was close to everything not the best neighborhood but not the worse either. Parking isn’t the best is you have anything bigger then a compact car. 2 nd bedroom was hot even with windows open. So that also made for a lot of road noise with windows open on a busy road.
Overall the house is really nice.. Scale of 1-10 I would give it a 8. The owner stay above house but that didn’t bother us. They owners are very friendly. House is nice and modern with plenty of room.

It felt like home. We got in late to Hawaii. We got lost trying to find the house. Lance answer our cry for help. And met us at the front door. The house had everything we needed and it was clean.

The unit was clean and well appointed. We did not have a car so used Uber, taxi and transit, all worked well to and from this location. We also walked downtown. It is a 45-minute walk, not very scenic, but certainly doable.

This is a great place!
The property was well situated and near a lot of places that we wanted to visit in Honolulu. I am also impressed by how new and clean the lodgings are and Lance is a superhost! He left chocolates and fruits for us and there is also filtered water available. Kitchen is well equipped but we didn’t cook since there were many places to eat nearby. Plenty of towels with good quality shampoo and bath soap available. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future

This place is a home away from home. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has all the amenities you need. Great location for everything you want to do on Oahu. We came to visit our son at the Univ. of Hawaii Manoa and a little vacation. Mahalo to the Doiguchi ohana who are very accommodating and made us feel the aloha. We will definitely be staying here again.
