Air conditioning is optional and available for $25/day at the resort. All reservations are subject to Hawaii's Transient Occupancy Tax upon check-out, which is approximately $17.80/day. This is in addition to the transient accommodations tax and sales tax collected on VRBO’s platform. Onsite parking is free.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the condo. It was a great location on the North Shore of Kauai with easy access by car to the shops and Hanalei beach. The condo is on the ground floor which made it super easy to get to the pool which had a fabulous beachy play area for the kids!

Very nice property. Very quiet. No planned activities though. And NO air conditioning so hard to sleep in the heat.

This unit exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were updated and comfortable and the 3 bedrooms slept the 4 adults and 4 kids in our group comfortably. The check in process was longer and higher pressure atmosphere created by the concierge than what I was expecting. Also the pools had so much chlorine that it burned the eyes of adults and kids alike. This deterred is from using the pool more than the initial time.
