Hale Maluhia is a large, fully equipped condominium/studio unit fronting on a tree lined walking path leading down to Anini Beach. It has a large, well equipped kitchenette, Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a full bath, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear and a portable cooler (no laundry facilities though). The lanai is perfect for stargazing or just enjoying some quiet outdoor reading. There's reserved parking, a great pool area with a communal barbecue, and shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Stays are limited to a maximum Stays are limited to a maximum of 2 adults (over 25 years old) and 7 nights. Princeville at Hanalei's location is conveniently close to Kilauea, Hanalei and the rest of Kauai's North Shore's numerous beaches and features. Easy to find with the directions and check in process after a long flight. The property was clean and very lively from people taking walks and cats and chickens of course. Defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on the north side of Kauai. :)

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this compact condo! Rick has clearly gone to great lengths to provide everything vacationers could need from a small cooler chest for outings to a complete assortment of shower products and ample back up of tp and paper towels. The small kitchen set up was just right for prepping meals to cook on the grill by the pool. Overall great stay and we would book this unit again!

I had a great 5-night stay at this property. The host was very accommodating and I could tell that they put in a lot of thought to providing a comfortable stay for their guests. I had everything I could need and more. I really appreciated the beach chairs! Plus, it was in a great location! I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Kauai.

This place was perfect for my stay in Princeville. Great location, clean and had most of the amenities that I needed. Price was a little over what I expected with fees but the comfortable interior made up for it.

Im overall very happy with this property. Things were clean and there are a good variety of kitchen appliances to be able to make food at the unit, which i loved since i was trying to stay within a budget. The location is great too, i really liked being within walking distance of a park, foodland, and anini beach. You can hear footstepts from the upstairs unit, but it wasnt bothersome. I would definitely recomment this property to anyone looking to save some money and stay in a studio style toom.
