This listing is for all 4 of our tiny house studio cottages & 3 level Manorhouse on the same property. Each cottage sleeps up to 5-6 people. When you want to stay with your family or friends but each have your own private house on the same property. Each has a private bathroom and kitchenette, patio and grill. There is also an on site dance/yoga studio, fire pit, and archery course. The property is 5 acres in the Kona Coffee Country- rural but close to town & beaches (15 minute drive). There is no guest laundry on site but plenty of laundromats nearby in town.

This property was amazing. We had 5 families and each had our own space but could come together in the big house to eat or hang out. Our only complaint was we were locked out of the green house and the red house and couldn’t get ahold of the property manager the day we got there. We were unable to use those houses until the next day. After that, we had no issues. Any questions we had, were quickly answered or taken care of. Great place to stay.

We are a group of 28 people. This is a huge disappointment!! The house is filthy and smelly. Bed sheets weren’t clean, dirt in kitchen cabinets and utensils drawers, geckos droppings ... there is a lot of safety issues.. To me, this owner definitely doesn’t take any pride in her home. To top it off, She is very rude, unprofessional and lack of hospitalities!

The owner was very nice and assisted us through the stay. Clean rooms and very comfortable.
