This place was the perfect location! Not too busy with people or traffic and beautiful views of the ocean…perfect for earth morning whale watching. Very clean and directions for check in and out were easy to follow. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back next year! 😎

The location and view was great. However, there was gecko “poop” everywhere in the unit. I have pictures. The poop fell from the ceiling onto the bedding. It was on the headboard and the night stands. It was on the bathroom counters. It was all over the floors. We had to clean it up, but more kept appearing., as did the geckos. The manager came and changed the sheets for us and refunded our cleaning fee. But that doesn’t really address the actual issue.
They also told us they disclosed it - but telling us in the check in process that we might see a gecko and they are “good luck “ does not even come close to disclosing the issue.

Loved the lanai with comfy chairs, nice table, and sunsets/landscaping were great! Interior design was welcoming and relaxing. Cleanliness was great too! Will be back!

We couldn't have been happier! The view is absolutely incredible. The condo has everything you could need. It's within walking distance to The Shops at Wailea and so close to town. I couldn't recommend this property more!

Great condo stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, games and more. Close to the pool with awesome viola of the ocean.
Really nice clean condo with nice furniture and decor, beautiful view in quiet setting. Well appointed kitchen with all items needed for cooking and food storage. We have stayed at several condos in this complex and 702 ranks high on our list.
