Had a wonderful stay at this slice of island paradise! The condo was clean and well appointed with beach gear, kitchen equipment, and temperature control for our stay. The shared pool was a lovely respite from the windy beach - just a block's walk away. We enjoyed the beautiful floral trees off the balcony and the view from the stairs. Very easy access, even for those with some mobility issues.
The house is very clean, quiet location and the house has everything we needed. Jerry is very responsive when we need assistance. I love to return to his home when we visit the island again.
We had a great stay at the place. Great location. Very clean. Provided beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, and cooler bag which was very convenient and useful. Communication was good. Unfortunately WiFi was not working during our entire stay but that’s due to ISP problems, atleast the TV worked and there were good channels.
overall would recommend for sure if staying in Kihei !!

This condo is in a great location and is clean. All the items needed for a great beach vacation were included. If you plan to cook a lot, I recommend getting a knife from Ross or the cheap Costco pack because all the knives are dull. Other than that, it's an excellent place for a small family.
Jerry’s property was perfect for my family of 3 (2 adults and 12 yo). You know you picked a great place when you only needed to communicate with the owner before check-in and at checkout.
The property had everything we needed for our 7 night stay in Maui. We ate out A LOT (supporting local businesses) and having a full kitchen to reheat leftovers were perfect.
When headed to the beach the unit has 4 beach chairs/towels, 2 big umbrellas, and a soft sided cooler. Charley Young Beach was a 5 min walk from the front door to the sand.
You also had plenty of food options that was a less than a 10 minute walk north or south of the property for breakfast, brunch, lunch, shaved ice, ABC store, or dinner.
Having individual AC units in the main living area, and in the 2 bedrooms, kept everyone comfortable and cool.
A dedicated parking spot close to the elevator was super helpful. The property itself provides grocery carts next to the elevator to bring up everything you need to the top floor for Jerry’s unit. The one quirky thing about the building is that there are half floors on each level (not sure what to call it exactly). So we took the elevator to the 4th floor, then had to walk up 8 steps (exactly) to get to the 4 1/2th floor where the unit is located. Just something to keep in mind. We actually took the stairs every time, with the exception of checking in and checking out.
If we ever come back, we hope Jerry’s place is available. Mahalo Jerry!

Gerry was an AMAZING host and his place was just perfect for us. VERY comfortable beds, VERY clean, and GREAT location, a very short walk to a kid friendly beach. Our daughter also loved the pool! The complex was also very quiet. Thanks again so much, would highly recommend!

The condo was great, loved the decorations, great Hawaiian feel to it. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. Good sized cooler for packing lunches for a day trip. The only thing missing was a bar of soap for the showers, not a big deal. Had a great time!

We were two friends traveling together and enjoyed each having our own room and bathroom. The beds were comfortable, A/C was cold, good wifi, nice pool/hot tub, great proximity to beaches and restaurants, laundry/dishwasher in unit, pleasant and easy to communicate with host. Would recommend and stay again.

We loved our stay! Jerry was so nice and communicative. Check-in was super easy and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My family felt right at home and you can walk across the street to the beach and snorkel! A VRBO is sooo much better than staying at a hotel.. which we did on Oahu. My parents said they would totally come back to Jerry's place vs going to one of those big resorts which are WAY too crowded. I can totally see myself booking this place again.

We loved the condo, easy access to all the shopping, restaurants and beaches, just loved it, the condo was clean, and comfortable, we had a lovely time, highly recommend to stay here and I will definitely rent this again.

Our unit was just as described and fit our needs perfectly! Spacious enough for 4 adults plus our infant. Jerry was a dream to communicate with and the condo was stocked to the brim with essentials (and bonus items like spices and Tupperware!). Location is amazing, across the street from stunning Charley Young beach, a short walk to central Kihei where the action is, and 20 mins from airport. Couldn’t have asked for more!!!
From check in to check out everything went smoothly.The host was just a text message away although we had no issues it was a good feeling.Everything we needed was already there,,nice beach chairs and other than a few groceries ,we needed nothing,it was all supplied ie paper towels,laundry soap etc. The condo is in a nice quiet area ,we felt very safe. Charlie Young beach across the street is beautiful,family friendly and much nicer than some of the smaller beaches. Its just a beautiful area. Everything is in walking distance for anyone who gets around reasonably well but it was nice to have a car . Parking was close and hassle free,,the pool area is really nice and a pleasant place when you want a break from the sand.. I highly recommend this area and Condo.
Check in was easy and the apartment was clean. Pool is a short walk away and water is warm so the family loved it. Beach is also close by. It felt like home for a week and wished we could have stayed longer!
